I grew up 3 streets away from Rick James in Buffalo and saw him perform in Buffalo in the 70's and Cali in the 80's. This band sounds amazingly like the original. I love the vocals and videos. The vocals sound like the records! Top notch!
I was there at this show in Buffalo, 2013... the impersonator threw us for a loop. The original stone city band is what you're seeing here, and they were actually performing in Vegas on a regular at the time. When Levi ( Ruffin / keyboards ) is in town, I always manage to run into him at the local rite aide. I love Buffalo
