This was absolutely a homicide. 100%. Who hangs themselves outside a bart station and leaves a suicide note? Also, I'm 44 years old - I was just 5 years old at the time this happened, so I don't recall hearing about it but I grew up in the bay area - in the Oakland area, not in Concord - so I didn't know much about Concord when I was a kid - but when I got into my 20's, I started to talk to more people from other cities in the bay, and I heard a lot of rumors about Concord having some well-known white supremacist gangs...
