hey bro! Yup man, the Nitrogang is highly reliable when it comes to flipping over electrics, I'm an expert at it by now LOL. But I refuse to flip over an X-MAXX, it took out my T-maxx, we will never forget!! 😂

I'm moving soon and went to storage to load some stuff and clean out some old things, ended up finding 4 r/c bodies that I forgot I ever had or even kept lol. Here's what I found:
-HPI Savage 25 SS body painted black, looks like a GT1 body, but has horizontal front turn signals rather than vertical, no idea what body this is
-Pro-Line Crowd Pleazer painted black with a silver flame running down each door and down the center of the truck (the only body I ever painted two tone), for the used RC10GT that I got 20 years ago and ended up giving it away to my friend when I moved.
-HPI Lamborghini Gallardo painted red, for the Nitro RS4 2 (has screw hole for the missing wing, but the body doesn't have those protruding plastic wing mounts so it looks normal)
-HPI NSX-R painted metallic graphite gray, for the Nitro RS4 2 (missing the wing but it was never installed)
I kept my 2000 Civic coupe body painted metallic green pearl to match my real Civic when I had it at the time. And I was hoping to find my old Viper body, but I guess that got destroyed long ago.
hey bro! Damn, those bodies sounds awesome! I remember the Civic bodies form the 2000's they were so damn good looking! I used to own a 2000 Acura integra GSR, wish I had that body, but they were just not popular.
BTW I still own a vintage HPI Micros Rs4 with a like new 2002 civic body. SO good looking!.

hey my dude! Thats right! This vintage HPI bullet is running great, it's honestly pretty fast for a single speed fully stock RC. Plus when I first got it about 2 years ago, the engine was fully seized. And look at it now, You can't kill it.

hey brother!! May the 2-speed BABY be with you at all times! NWO! Yes, I pointed out to the KYOSHO those tires were TOO grimy, they are ARRMA tires, so go figure! ahaha. And yes, the tires on my BULLET ballon like crazy. BTW I have since figured out a way to make it even faster, turns out the stock BREATHER style air filter is highly restrictive, well I fixed that right after this video.

sup bro! Let me tell you what happened with the stock motor, so I helped to break in both of these. The original motor got destroyed due to sand getting past the stock air filter. Very weird how it happens because the filter was in good shape, it was on tight, but the stock kyosho filter just did not work well, there was sand all in the carb. HE has since been running a much better filter.

Bro...you need to invest in the Dual Disc brakes from Hot Racing and never look back. I did this to my Jato 3.3 and the brakes now work flawlessly. Huge improvement over the stock Jato brakes.I honestly don't know what Traxxas was thinking when they designed the braking system on the Jato but it just isn't enough to stop a 65mph rc. Nitro World Order Rocks!!! Nitro Gang 4ever!!!
hey bro! I'm working on a revolutionary fix for the STOCK braking system right now. A fellow NItrogang buddy told me to flip the brake cam around and it will allow the brake cam to move more freely. We will see how this works in a video soon. If not, then yes, the Hot racing brake system will be installed! Thanks for letting me know bro! You the man!.

My 2021 jato is broke in and it’s ready to go and I retune the engine I clocked it up at 60mph today on half throttle in my truck driving it and controlling it at the same time

YE man! The brakes! It's the JATO phantom brake issue, it happens every couple months, no matter what you do. Basically the brakes need to be rebuilt and put back together for proper tolerance adjustment. IF it wasn't for the brakes I would have done very well.

hey bro! For real!! I have been telling all my rc buddies who run nitros to get these glow starters. They last forever and the lipo provides more power than the basic SUB-C cell which is only 1.2 volts.
Time for you a new jato. If you want the orange one like mine get one they got 2 colors orange and red and that’s it. They still on back order still

Im gonna tune the breaks on the JATO and I will be back! Plus I was running super rich as you saw. What I'd like to see for a fair race would be that arrma running Rear wheels drive and without the AVC system, then we can talk. Considering I was driving a car with zero driver aids and 2WD I did quite well.

hey bro! Yes, anything is possible. BTW I have a special surprise Nitrogang project in the works to make an ARRMA nitro, it won't be the infraction but it will be some other buggy based arrma Chassis!! In reality there are many options for converting a 1/8 electric buggy to Nitro, they are fairly straightforward. All you need is some of the Nitro components from the nitro models. Honestly cheaper to just buy a new nitro to begin with, but yes, it could be done.!

@@ryanhardison1419 yes man, I agree. But the Nitro conversion is totally possible, but really comes down to "is it worth it"? I can guarantee you the car will almost never be better than what you started with. Plenty of weird mods needs to be made and you basically need to have a whole other Nitro Chassis to use parts from. IN the end you've made a Frankenstein!! But yes, it's possible.

Awesome video that was still some good driving man with the jato! And wow that single speed can fly! I am getting more and more pumped wanting to get my tmaxx going. I'm going to scroll to find some of those tmaxx videos you have and give it another go Tuesday when it's not likely to rain here. I have 4 variables that are out of tuning and it's each needle and the two speed. The two speed is so sensitive and the idle gap is aswell but I'm just unsure the best order to approach those in to successfully get the car running at peak performance. I've put on the 4.15x6.50 trenchers not belted, and they ran great at first the 3.3 is strong! But I've lost memory of what it's peek performance sounds like and overall I've had a lot of trouble getting the correct order in which I should tune each thing. I can go ahead and put some stock armor notorious 6s tires on if I really have to but I would really like to use the prolines as I noticed they do not roll over the vehicle as much with a wider stance from the tires but I can make a video of a few little things and some running footage with visible detail on what I'm doing and what the outcome is if you could give me a hand with that in any possible way I would much appreciate it and would like to help strengthen the natural world order and show everyone that nitro is still the funnest way to RC I remember them as a kid and I'm 30 now lol keep up the great videos and just dismiss negativity in your comments man people are always gunna try to put down the people that are doing better than them. There's two ways to respond, negatively or positively. some people just don't know how to choose wisely and I think you did very wisely bro.

Hey bro! Just read you comment, so first thing to battle is the Engine tune itself, you want to make sure you're getting enough RPM and your engine isn't over heating. Anyway, to deal with the 2-speed, first you gotta turn the adjustment set screw all the way in (until it's locked tight). Then turn it out about 4 turns. Then you're mostly doing trial-and-error speed runs to see if it shifts or not. IF not, then keep turning it out 1/2 a turn at a time. Your main goal is to just have the 2-speed engage. Ye bro! Normally with proper brakes my JATO could spank almost everybody on this oval track. In this case the MOST OVER TH-camD rc (arrma infraction) took me out cause I had to brake super early for the turns. Eitherway if they the arrma ran RWD only like my JATO I would have beat it. For once I'd like to see an even match between them both.
All the needles where set correct from the factory? My 1 ST HPI.
Hey bro! I got this HPI BUllet in highly USED condition about 2 years ago (there is a pickup video on here when I first got it). Eitherway, the motor was seized but the Nitrogang over here got it running great!!.

hey buddy! Thanks for watching and being a new SUB to the channel. I have some good break-in videos on this channel for your info. BTW there is no guarantee that the stock setting from the factory will be correct, or be rich enough, so I dont wanna tell you to leave it. You need to basically tune until your Motor idles fine and runs cool enough. ITs tough to give direct advice, but it's usually trial and error running on all new nitros, watch some of my other vids, you will see.

Anyway, that is the Challenger body, I guess it is the demon, right?? I'm clearly not a dodge guy, lol. They are all the same 1/8 on-road buggy chassis though, nothing different under the hood, so to say. And its been discontinued bro, so time to move on, unfortunately..

hey bro! You have a tuning issue I would say. Thing is there could be lots of things going wrong, would you say you're running highly RICH? Check your low speed-needle to be sure it's flush with the carb body. Also what sort of engine temps are you getting, you could have tons of diff issues going on, you know. Gotta make sure it's tuned correctly and your not overheating the motor to begin with, let me know.

hey bro! Nope, that is a 4WD chassis on the kyosho. It's basically a buggy chassis with a lower suspension and a 2-speed. Back in the day those platforms were used for SPEED RUNS. But of course they were running a totally different setup form this one.

I totally agree bro! For a car that is basically the PINNACLE of the Electric on-road segment, there's nothing more to it than just a bunch of molded colorful plastics. Super boring, and performs just like any other electric you could get. Meanwhile the JATO, now that has some awesome Character.
