Another easy way to farm gold is to go Mont Crane castle in Blood and Wine with near empty inventory, kill all the henchmen, leave the boss, fast travel to the grandmaster armorer, and sell all the weapons, then medidate for 3 days. Repeat this process, until you have enough money for runewright, and all the Witcher gear . Each time you clear the enemies and sell the weapons, you should get between 5000 to 6000 gold. Usually takes around 4-5 mins on easier difficulties. DO NOT KILL THE BANDIT BOSS, I repeat.
For those having a problem with the cow method. That he don't have enough money no problem I got you. U just have to buy things from the inn keeper wait 6 days and keep doing it until u have no money left. Then sell or keep everything u bought (don't matter what u do). Then sell the hide cow ur gonna make a profit out of it and the more money u got the more the profit!.
I think collect greater glyph in monster nest is fast too, just dont collect all item in monster nest, leave 1 item, and meditate 4 days, the item it will be respawn again.. try it
For food the eaaiest way to kill animal loot everything. But before you start hoarding make sure you have the Troll decotion craft it and use it That way you keep healing while not having to eat your food
If you have blood and wine dlc just go to a hanse base and don't kill the boss, you can kill bandits take thier weapons sell and repeat because they will respawn infinitely until you kill the boss

The Sword Glitch won’t work if you don’t have DLC “Heart of Stone”. Also have to wait until Kaer Morhen, opens up. Just Loot everything. Then go to the Rune Merchant. He will have a lot of money that you can sell the swords. Also the Elf BlackSmith has more money and the SwordMaster Merchant in Blood and Wine DLC has lots of money to sell swords too. By traveling around you are speeding up the day. Honestly playing the DLCs will give you more Exp, more Loot and more money. Cheers.
I try this killing the cow there were a giant cow monster appeared and killing me and it keeps coming back. Good thing i save my load first before king the cows.

There is something that really confuses me about this and it is the waiting period (The time it takes for the innkeeper to restock on money) I saw where it shows the innkeeper in the Hierarch Square having a lot of money but for some reason (for me) he doesn’t hardly have any money, I have meditated for 6 days but he didn’t hardly restock at all so I’m really confused (I don’t know if this makes a difference or not but I’m playing this on an XBOX ONE)
Latest version on PC and it's still working till today. Also tried this on PS4. If you by any chance got yourself to the location of the cows that im showing in the video, and there were no cows there for you, just meditate for an hour and they will spawn.

Not a specific level no. But you do have to reach a certain point of the story in order to get to Kaer Morhen where the sword in the second method is found.
lol no you dont, as soon as you get to velen you can go to that farm and kill the cows. As long as you have 100 coins to buy a pass to go through the bridge to novigrad. i'm level 6 and spent 30 minutes killing/selling hides and got myself 8k coins now
Ok great video however when killing try using a crossbow with the slow time ability and double shot ability because not only can you shoot as effectively as the igni sign but if the sigma theme song is played it looks really cool as for the merchant it really doesn't matter because even though the merchants and the value will change the amount of coin will not
I know what you mean. Using glitches can sometime ruin that feeling of trying hard for success and making it on your own. But if you are looking for legit methods you can always go for ? Marks on the map. They always offer new things that you can gain by exploring them like new armors and weapons which you can sell to earn some extra money or use it for yourself. Or accept witcher contracts. They are always good sources of income. Good luck

@@goose4282 try places of power around the map. They will give you skill points so you can buy skills without leveling up. But if you want to level up try completing side quests as well, they will give you a lot of XP so you can level up faster. Good luck
I have the best saddle from toussaint with 110 inventory weight and also have strong back perk in general skill tree and use fiend decotion and your inventory will be 250 I do this and get around 9500 to 10000 each run tacks about 30 mins run I get around 200 to 210 hides per run
I tried the cow method and I worked but something arranged happened whenever I go away from the cow spot after killing the cows the respawn without having to wait and hour I play it on switch so that may be the reason

No actually you can get yourself to the location in the video for the first method the moment you get to Velen. The only thing that you have to do is to pass the missions in White Orchard and Vizima (which will averagely take around 2-3 hours) and you can start doing this method.
I've used this method on PC and PS4 a lot of times on version 1.32 (latest update) and no chort ever spawned for me. Personally I have never seen this chort to attack someone because they were killing cows. So I would say no I don't think it will spawn to attack you.
It's not a dumb question actually. The monster you're mentioning will probably spawn if you kill cows in White Orchard. But the location that I'm showing you in this video is safe and you can kill as many cows as you want and you don't need to worry about a monster showing up out of nowhere.

Yet some other like Hattori in Novigrad, tend to keep their inventories forever. This is good and bad at the same time. Good, because you can buy something that you have mistakenly sold them back. Bad, because after selling them a bunch of stuff, the game has to load lots of unwanted items each time you want to sell them something new. So as far as I have learned, the only way that you can avoid this, is by selling your items to a merchant who actually resets their inventory, unlike Hattori.
What platform are you using in order to play The Witcher 3? And what version of the game are you using? This video has been captured on version 1.32 on PC. But I have tried it before on PS4 as well and it works there as well if you are playing on the latest version. Make sure that you are exactly at the location that I have showed on the map, because there is also another place like that near the location that I have showed which doesnt have any cows for you to slaughter.
I see that a lot of others are having this problem as well. I've found this video about this problem that says if you meditate for an hour in this location, the problem will be solved and the cows will spawn. Try it if you want. I hope this will solve your problem.

If you’re doing the swords one, sell them to hattori, in Novigrad, you get 396 crowns out of every sword

By far my favorite game I’ve played
In whole Velen & Novigrad, Hatori gives more money for swords rather than "Top Notch Swords Guy". "Top Notch Swords Guy" gives more money for Armors
I generally don't do stuff like this but, holy hell, that grand Master armor is expensive AF to make. So I'm making an exception.

If you kill the cows in White Orchard, Then yes. But the location that I showed in the video is completely safe and no Chort will spawn to attack you.
