I’ve never seen someone sauna with clothes on 😳 it would benefit your health much more to do it naked/almost naked. Clothes prevent the infrared rays from penetrating your skin and disrupt the natural sweat process

No way this is infrared Sauna. Is more like a heating blanket.

Infrared is only a wavelength, so if the blanket or anything has ir emitters its infrared
