I had a bobber years ago & changed a few things on the bike. To now owning Midnight i know your work is proper & you know your onions big time. Some of the customs shops out there are shite. You boys with a bit of luck will fly.
Good lord, the paint just looks like it is still wet. Only thing I would add would be a chain roller to help with that whipping action. Damn fine job on that baby.
Yeah that's the reason for lots of roadtests, I'm not happy with the bars either I think slightly wider would suit better, chain roller will be in the lathe tomorrow 👍😁😁
The short width probably makes the steering a bit to twitchy responsive I bet. Oh, and I watched the incident again, and incidentally I see why the incident happened, you looked down at the right side of the bike just as the curve came up, you were going faster than you thought and ran out of straight just as the incident was unfolding, you looked up to see that incidentally, you were already part way through the turn....and had the incident. lol
@@Wooley689 yep deffo pilot error. I was worried about the rake but she seems stable and quite neutral into the turn, looks more stubby than she actually is. I was asked if we staged the incident.......... absolutely not. Truth be known the rear brake pin sheared as I applied it into the corner hence looking down. My only option was to go straight on, being an ex racer I opted for the upright crash 😂 Thankyou for your comments and on going support. 👍👍👍👍😁
Beautiful build guys, you should be very proud of that one. I have to say that if you are going to offroad it much you might want to think about some knobbies or paddle tires
aah, soa tig welder - haha. Great area - good company around fixing it. Heating? Got a spray booth? Whatever, that 'move in' is quite something to see through a time lapsed vid (sorry(noy) commenting the last vid) - have fun not stress :-)
Hello chaps, i bought Midnight this week & love the look & the ride is good fun too. I want to add indicators for a little safety & in the winter get the engine painted again. Is this something you could sort for me? Call me old fashioned but i'm strictly a cash man. Cheers Pete.

Nice glad to see normal blokes making it
Can't get enough lads, keep making them vids...cheers 🤘
