Great video Shaun, this is my local reserve and I was down there the week before you. Managed to see the Glossy Ibis as well as Pink Footed Geese and 2 lifers in Stonechat and Bearded Tit.
I'm only just getting into birds, so I've started following channels and came across yours. I don't have much equipment yet or knowledge but I hope to learn a few things. Something about birds and being outdoors that calms the mind and is relaxing.
@@shaungriffin1968 I didn't realise how many people liked birds. I made a few bird boxes about 6 years ago and had blue tits nesting in one. But my "dog" 4 year old daughter peeped in it and knocked it down and my dog killed the chicks so I got pissed off and binned the nest boxes and stopped learning about birds back then. But every time I go in garden there's a robin. So I've started again. Had a feeder out and had a pair of blue tits on it again. So I was made up there back. Or probably the original ones offspring maybe.
Lovely Curlews . Thank you

Yes I must plan another visit as the migrant warblers start to arrive...

@SimpleSteBirds just being outdoors is the tonic, start with simple kit and keep trying new stuff, lots of experts out there 😉
