Installing the Stator & Regulator on a Hyosung (GT650/Comet 04-13 GTX650/R/S/GV650 06-13/ST7 10-13)

- This is a video that goes over the install of the stator and regulator on my GV650
It's been a while and I had problems with the order of the parts but I finally have what I need to fix this so this is what we did and it's now working great!

instructions
Before installing your new stator
Check the AC output of the stator.
Replace any burned or corroded connectors on stator and regulator/rectifier
Check and repair any melted wiring.
Use hi-temp dielectric grease on all connectors
Our stator may use a different wire color code than your original.
All of the wires are installed in the correct order; please do not change any of the wiring configurations.
This stator is designed as a direct plug-in replacement and should be used as such.
When bolting stator in, always use locking compound.
If our stator includes a pickup coil, always make sure the air gap is correct upon installation; as close as possible no less than 0.010??. - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ

The cooling fan was off, so I don’t know the mechanic here what to do. He turned it on, but the f1 sign was shown and the lamp does not always light up after operation, and the radiator is very hot, as it is always so hot that it has holes for water smuggling and the holder of the bike was working when I download it now it does not work without it I raise the entire stand except for the upper position, so what is this please?
The basics for overheating would be check there is no mix water in the oil, check water pump, check stuffed or clogged radiator, check bad hoses, check fan... This is just the basics
If all this is ok then the issue could be something worst but that would be what I check first in that case

unrelated, but My flasher relay stays on and clicks with just the key in the on position without me even turning the lights on. I have non led lights. any helpful ideas? thank you!
Hi the controls on this bike are not that great I have a signal that does not start unless I press a few times and the horn sometimes gets stuck and will not work so when I use the horn I press hard just in case also the start button does not work and I added a start button on the side it is not to hard to replace the control's but I did not want to spend much on it his bike so unless its something that makes it stop running I have just modified it as best I could so it works, that's the con side of buying korean with the cheap parts and easy rust metal. But the bike keeps running so I keep using it...

How many liter of of engine oil loss after you remove the stator?
I would recomend you do it with a regular oil change then you dont need to worry. in any case you need to empty the oil so you will not lose much anyway when you open the case...
I'm currently trying to Install a factory stator and regulator on my gr650r. Do the 2 hookups from the stator hook directly to the 2 hookups from the regulator? How does this connect to the battery
Hi, it connects up to where the regulator is, one if them goes to the regulator the other goes to a plug in that area if I am not mistaken...

@@DiFuXioN yea I have a free floating plug by the regulator. But then what does the second lead coming from the regulator hook into
@@graton6294 you should have another plug on the same area of the regulator but from the bike stoke loom or wires
I think the 3 plug goes to the regulator and the two plug goes to thet other wire
I'd have to take it apart to be sure but I belive that is how it was connected

It shows me f1 on the screen hasong st7. 2013 and there is no mechanic here who understands haysong and I always notice a hole cut in the water radiator and I fix it and it repeats. Now how do I fix the f1 and find out the error please send me the method because there is no mechanic here who understands haysong please
