Nope. You see the whole Asgard plot is actually about the Isu, which is actually an integral part to Assassins’ creed. The whole Asgard and Jotunheim plot was just Eivor relieving the story of the Isu in a way which he would be able to understand in.

To add a third point, a giant in norse mythology was actually rather human sized, the occasional one being a bit taller.
