What type of loom is this?
I am not 100% certain, but it looks like it is a Macomber loom, made by a small company not too far up the coast from Nantucket in southern Maine.
Hand woven on a loom? Lovely fabric. Inspirational. But not hand spun.
Wheels spin wool to yarn. Woven on a loom. Looms make fabric.
