- Last year before I bought a journaling bible I was feeling so frustrated and sad not being able to take many notes in my regular bible with it's teeny margins. I eventually caved and bought a new bible and it wasn't until recently when I realized how unnecessary that was!

I take surmon notes and glue them into my bible, same with my bible study notes. I do small sheets with stickers, washi tape, drawing, watercolor. It helps me remember and understand what was discussed, clarified and explained. Thank you for sharing everyone should be diving deep into their Bibles, and this is a wonderful way to do it.

This is go genius! I thought I have to buy a journal bible just to journal. I can actually just stick the page on a regular bible! This idea saves a lot of money.
I've never been a fan of adding paper to my Bible but I definitely use stickers and stuff like that so my Bible that you can get it Dollar tree I found a large print Bible that I can read and I'm currently trying to journal in it and it's working out really great yes I don't have any room to journal except for on top of the scripture I also have bought two small compact child's Bibles and I take one of them with me to and from work and I also journal on top of them and I also include a magnifier to see the print

Well said . I'm sure for some it's important to buy new Bibles but for me I love my Bible and I use notebooks for the rest. But I like this idea. Xx

I figured this out after wanting an interleaved so badly 😅 I love that it can give old bibles new life!
I also love reading my Bible's and taking notes I have a world Bible school study edition journaling Bible and a catholic life Bible as well can I write in them with a regular pencil or a bic round stic pen 🖊 ❤

Wow you have amazing trim work,I tried it and they were all different sizes so I stop , didn't want to mess the Bible up
I wish I could get a job just adding paper to bibles 😂 but honestly I have many pages I added that are a good half inch too short, it doesn't ruin it for me but I can totally get wanting it to be as even as possible.

What do you use for writing in your bible just wondering ❤
@YreldaFernandez The colorful ink pens I use are glitter pens from the dollar store and the black ink pen is a Pilot G-2
.38 pen. It's nothing special, I just grabbed the smallest black pen I could find at WalMart 😄

They're from Amazon but they're not good so I don't want to link them!

Your paper looks very thin? Could you tell me which one you used? I imagine using normal copy or college block paper would make the Bible very bulky.

I used the very thinnest printer paper available. Just whatever is at WalMart!

Thank you for this Arianna Rose. I am retired and my budget needs to be strict so I am very glad you are thinking of all of us who cannot throw money at everything. Most you tube channels are not for me because they have no idea how to live and do things with very little money. Good for you. If people with plenty of money would feed the starving in the world it would be better. God bless you.

I’ve thought (recently) about inserting papers into my Bible. One of my Bibles has so many penned notes (2005) that I ended up adding tiny see through stickies and regular stickies all over the page. I like your idea.
I copy chapters of the Bible quite often. It really does help with learning and being blessed by the Word.
I copy Greek and Hebrew words and define English too. Even common everyday words, all in journals. It really helps.
A good dictionary is Webster’s 1828 dictionary. Especially the hardback but it’s $$. It’s on line in an abbreviated form so that’s great to have. Many words have been butchered so much and we’ve lost touch with their simplest meaning.
Anyway … I’m going to see what I can do with your idea. I have two Bibles I deliberate over using. Which keeps me from actually doing this 😂. Crazy I know!

I love these tips! I'm guessing you have amazing recall of the bible from all that copying! I need to look to see if I can find the Webster's 1828 online. That would be a great resource to have access to!

It's kinda funny, it's from one of those holiday seasonal nail kits WalMart puts out during Christmastime! My mom got a set for my daughter and my daughter gave me that color since she knows I love it. It's not available right now at WalMart, but the title on the box says 10 Days of Joyful Nails. There's this other box that says 10 Days of Peaceful Nails that looks so pretty! If I can I'm going to get it this December 😄
