@@princess7jasmine darling I know that you are Nurbanu's fan but I never say that Selim still to be in his place. Everyone want to be Padişah, everyone to be Haseki and after Valide Sultan. It's a right desire. The problem is: why talk about power during a funeral (Nurbanu) or during the first happy family moment after one mom's death (Selim)? As Nurbanu's fan what you would say if Safiye would talk to be the future Valide during Nurbanu's funeal? I don't think that you would be happy. There are moments and moments! Selim and Nurbanu don't know the right moment. Just this!
@Leo she sure will. I mean sure, they grew estranged since Hatice clashed with Hurrem and Mirimah supported her mother, but perhaps Mirimah could understand that unlike Sah and Fatma, Hatice didn't have her own interests to satisfy. That even though she was far from the ideal sister-in-law wife or mother, Hatice was still a decent aunt who never vented her anger on Hurrem's children despite her quarrel with their mother
@Leo sometimes I wonder how did Mirimah feel in Hatice's funeral. Unlike gulfem and even Sah Mirimah didn't seem particularly upset about her aunt's death
Suleiman and Mihrimah's father-daughter relationship is so lovely. Despite the grief, he joined in the joy of the birth of Mihrimah's son.
@Leo Yes absolutely ❤
Mirhimah's son only one who Suleiman can hold in his arms - knowing the child would not be butchered by his brothers - it is truly sad
If only Mihrimah was like her real life version instead of… whatever the writters we’re trying to do here 🙄
I agree
Could say the same for all the show's characters tbh.

This actor has carried so many babies in this show

I always thought about that, she would be a much better choice than any of her two brothers.
Exactly. If only women had the rights to rule. Her brother were both greedy.
No. If Mihrimah can legally became padişah, she will burdened like her brothers and maybe become bad or even worse than her brothers.

To be fair, Selim really had to act before Bayezid does. Its his life and son's life on the line.

Wow. I mean the fact that Suleiman just bypassed both of his sons without even glancing at them...
@Leo I couldn't agree more, my friend 🙂
@Leo she sure would be. Mirimah was her favourite niece after all
