I think the Fuji film sims are generally pretty hard to beat but it's always worth looking at, and experimenting with, what else is out there. Thanks for watching and commenting (as always!).
I use Apple's Aperture to edit photo's and have a similar process to yourself. Sometimes it can be a bit of a chore to edit photos so having software you're comfortable with is vital. I know Apeture isn't the best, and it's outdated but I love the way it works.
