I took a peek at KATL, and it does not have many improvements as the others, aside from better ground textures and the improved jetways. Maybe because it was part of a World Update rather than part of the base sim in 2020.
I love that type of comparison! Very well done, thank you! And I admit that in FS24 all the main buildings took a dark grey tone and lacked some details that FS20 did,I prefer the lighter colors of Fs20!
I appreciate your comment! It was allot of work to record and edit but glad it is being useful for anyone on the fence or curious about the differences. I did another video comparing Los Angeles and Sydney both day and night if you haven’t watched that one. I think the ground work is much better. Jetways are improved and many logos are present which adds to the immersion. They are not quite to payware standards but I think it’s good enough for most.
Great one! Maybe a liiiitle early. In my hometown the bigger building like a TV tower arent really modelled as well. Hopefully the quality will improve time to time.
IT's so much better than it was on day one already.. SDure there are bugs, but those will be ironed out over time, and you won't even notice any patches or anything like that because they can fix it all in the cloud now.. it'll just get better and better :)
Yes. CDG is the IATA code and LFPG is ICAO. Generally speaking, especially when setting up flight plans and ATC, ICAO codes are used. IATA is used for baggage handling and what shows on your tickets.
This video has gotten 1k views in a short amount of time, so I'll do more. I am open to suggestions on what airports to compare next.
KATL(Atlanta) would be awesome! Great video!

Fantastic video, you are so underrated! Hopefully you can do more airport comparisons just like this and maybe include night light comparisons too!
Thank you for your comment! Good idea doing nighttime too.

Can I re upload (with credits) please?
Seen graphic wise 2024 is a big improvement but there are just so many bugs and the problem with streaming everything ruins the immersion a bit.
Yes, it is a bit of a mess right now especially with 3rd party planes. At least we have a plethora of good quality planes included in the new sim.

Nice an Choppy just how I like my sim...lol
Thx for sharing, but ideally FPS should be shown for both.
10:48 Embraer profit hunter
what happened to those broken jetways 2:28 for example lol
It looks like they are trying to overextend to an invalid point on an AI aircraft door. Definitely a bug.
More trees and planes, otherwise the sceney difference is not that substantial.
You should have added fps
You mean CDG for "LFPG" right ?
LFPG is correct. CDG too.
