Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I generally dislike subscriptions of any kind unless there is no other choice. I am quite happy with the basic voices because premium ones can get expensive if there is a lot of traffic. I expect BATC to feature LLM (Large Language Model) soon, and when I get it, I plan to show it off. Hopefully, it will provide more variety to the communications and get off the "on rails" feeling a bit.

That’s a good question. Beyond ATC does follow airport operations according to wind but it needs to be added by the developer. I know most major airports have correct runways in use but not sure if KIAH is one of them. Soon we (the customers) can add more airport operations to be eventually be added officially for everyone to use.

Thanks for the feedback it really helps! I have a hardware FCU so that’s why you rarely see me interact with it in the sim. But I realize I have to show it more for the audience. 🙂

There are two parts to FSLTL: The injector and the models. The FSLTL Injector is only for 2020 (at least for now), but you can use the FSLTL models + Beyond ATC in 2024.

Hi. For me it runs better but I do suffer from bugs and crash to desktops on 2024 which never happens for me in 2020. The new sim needs a good sim update or two before I would recommend it 100%.

I haven't heard of or experienced any issues with SID and STAR in VHHH.

Looked at it now and yeah I guess I double clicked on zero. 🫠

It’s $30 one time unlimited use. If you want higher quality voices then you pay a bit extra per flight. The website has more details on how that works. In this video I’m using the free voices. I rather spend money on scenery and planes.

FS 2020 is a lot more stable. FS 2024 has a lot of issues and was clearly released in an unfinished state. Nevertheless, in my opinion, it will likely eclipse FS 2020 in about 6 months to a year. The airport ground textures are super crisp, new avionics, an excellent external flight planner, built-in charts for free, and significantly more detailed ground and cliffside textures, just to name a few of my favorite features of FS 2024.

Ultra except for textures down a notch and turned off Motion Blur as I dislike the effect.

Most settings are either ultra or a notch down, like textures. Terrain LOD at 100.

@ I keep getting micro stutters. I have a similar setup to you. Do you know which settings need adjusting to get rid of the stutters?

Do you have Nvidia GPU? If you do, and you have driver 566.36, you should update it. I coincidently have 566.36 and I'm updating right now. Very minimal impact compared to other traffic injectors such as FSLTL. I usually increase traffic in small airports and lower it in large ones. You can change the density at any time; although it resets the traffic, it does not impact your flight.

I checked now and I don't see them mentioning that. Problem is the marketplace is closed for now in 2024. I am sure it will show up eventually, as I don't see a reason not to.

You are correct. It had many callsigns during its existence. Unfortunately, Beyond ATC doesn't let you choose which callsign you prefer. In this case, it picked the very last one that airline had.

Hi. TAA if I’m not mistaken. I sometimes switch between the two but DLSS often makes displays lag for me.

It works and flies very well. I get better FPS with the RJ in 2024. It's frustrating having to put up with many of the bugs in 2024 but that is no fault of the plane.

I get them from ini manager and also Flightsim.to website. Which livery is not showing up for you?

I didn’t monitor my vram during this flight, but I do see it’s usually almost topped off taking all the vram. So you could say I do suffer from it. The thing is that if you use airports designed for 2020, then you’ll encounter more issues because airports made for 2024 force developers to use the stricter LOD rules which are there to help with performance. The stutters during landing on this video I’m sure came from not enough vram.

Yesterday I tried something,the first load in Munich scenery from Asobo,and after 10 minutes my FPS dropped until 8-10,and then I loaded into installed scenery,and I've got stable 31 fps without dropping down, I thought it's something wrong with Asobo servers, because my internet connection is 600 Mbit

My GPU is 2060 super 8 gb

@@AVO3331 pretty sure the asobo servers play a role. Also it seems that the game has a big vram problem. Asobo said they will take a look at it because now its almost unplayable at takeoff and landing. The VRAM just skyrockets sometimes.

@TheSimulationVoyager Okay but how does it handle busy traffic? Does it have alot of go around on aproach? Is there any holding instruction? Can the ATC vector you properly on aproach?

Busy traffic is handled well as long as you don't increase traffic density to the max in a large airport. If you bump up the density beyond normal you may get some pile ups in taxiways. That's why it's recommended to keep the density at level 5 for departing and arriving traffic. Higher levels in small airports works well. Vectoring is very good on approach. Currently, there isn't any holding traffic but there are go-arounds for you and the traffic. ATC will vector you back to for another landing. I might do another video where you see a map of where all the AI planes are. While BATC isn't perfect, it performs very well in 9 out of 10 of my flights.

I'm not sure why I did that. Sometimes I click on the wrong response from the menu of choices.

@TheSimulationVoyager Ok, because I was wondering what would have happened, if you would have waited for the ATC to give you a lower altitude. Usually I never get it, I'm always stuck and I need to descent without clearance in order to catch again the descent path and not overshoot the approach so I thought you made it on purpose.
