The whole entire foundation of this song is with the bass. I had to play it through my home theater to hear it all. Just an incredible cover full of emotion from band that doesn't even need to do covers. They've been riding their own songs for 12 years now. So damn impressive! 💥🔥
This time Ale's bass and Pau's drum work are higher to rate. They build the excellent fundament Dany's playing on. The guitar cords are easy and it's easy to sing along to the cords. What's difficult is to catch the spirit of Alanis' lyrics - and Dany manages this perfertly!!!
The Warning did covers of those that inspired them when they were young. I love Alanis Morrisette. To wake up this morning and find out The Warning are fans of Alanis just made my day.

This performance was quite impressive. This song was easy for Pau so she hasn’t shined on this one. She did a competent performance as always. Ale was surprisingly amazing. Her bass work was quite impressive and as hard as it was she made it seems easy, but rest assured, it wasn’t. Danny on the other hand has an amazing vocal performance. She seems to get better every single time. Those girls have a long and successful career ahead! Just keep on rocking girls!

Once Pau put down the brushes you could still hear them in the background. No different than having a percussionist with you. They totally rocked this, and Dany's vocals were awesome.

En verdad no he sido fanatico de Alannis y por ello revisé su versión oficial, emcuentro muy buenas ambas versiones, con la diferencias de que Dani le da un poco mas de voz rockera a la canción y porque esta versión es excelente con una Dani cantando y ejecutando la guitarra.

This is bad! The original offers a raw first-person confessional but this cover feels detached, missing the intensity and vulnerability that made ''You oughta know'' so powerful.. It overlooks the personal depth that made this song iconic. I think Alanis was about the same age as Dany when she wrote this... So, this is when you tell apart rockstars from wannabes
