I would like to see your input on how to create a CRM in SmartSuite. I'm still in a phase where I'm trying to decide which tools are best to use, and the input would be good.
Love these automation tips 🎉. Is there a way to create a template with 30 tasks with milestones vs using the default added task? I found an example for Airtable, but I can not find one for SmartSuite . PS I need this same process for two more big sections too not just generating task.
Hi Layla! How can I setup a trigger 2 days before DueDate? on 12:41 you use "is on or before" + "one week from now". If I set the next field "# of days" to -5 and DueDate instead of "Actual due date" I will get 7(one week)-5=2 days before DueDate ??
Great question! To set up a trigger 2 days before your Due Date use this. Set your trigger to be: When a record matches a condition. Set your condition to be Today's Date is on or before Due Date - then set the number of days to be 2. A record that's 2 days before the Due Date will trigger the automation.

Oh, I'm so glad! As for your question...could you tell me more? Are you referring to something like "When Opportunity is in Stage "A" then add certain default actions" ?
9 seconds ago I sell insurance policies. Created a list containing all the renewals. The renewals happen every year. I want to create an automation where whenever a new task(renewal) is added and set a due date, it should automatically recur on the scheduled date every year . Otherwise If I have to manually set the recurring due date for each task there will be a possibility that if I miss to set recurring due date for a task(RECORD) it'll not appear in front of me in next year and I'll miss the renewal. Basically I want to set same recurring frequency to an APP level, not to a RECORD level. Is it possible?
