Heute geht es um das sogenannte "Geheimmenü" im E46 Bordcomputer.
Durch das Freischalten des versteckten Menüs bekommt ihr Einblick auf verschiedene Fahrzeug- und Sensordaten. So könnt ihr zum Beispiel den genauen Wert der Kühlmitteltemperatur, Momentanverbrauch, Fahrgeschwindigkeit und andere Werte auf eurem Bordcomputer anzeigen lassen. Je nach Ausstattung geht die Prozedur auch am E39 oder Z4 E85

hi i have a problem with the dashboard light? it doesn't work everything else works except the light. Do you know how I can fix the problem? I would be grateful for the help.
Try with another one and you will see if it is damaged or electrical cable
How can I reset the engine check light. I checked with the diagnostic machine and I cleared the fault code bt the check engine light hz refused to go off
it depends on why appears ,what fault code it gived ? usually u can do that lifetime only with sofwares like KESS V2 Master Version RED or alternatives that could also write to ecu ,if the check engine light is because EGR -after you apply EGR delete kit , you can try also by battery reset : aka you remove the + and - from battery , touch them togheter until all the energy are drained from cables and reconnect the + and - to battery after
PLEASE HELP OR ADVISE : I have problem with my e46 325i /2001
After I drove by mistake over a puddle of water :
1-Battery light is on
2-transmission faulty light is on
3- I hear a bang when switching
from reverse to drive
4-instrument cluster does mot show which gear the car is on P,R N Or D
5- when reversing the parking sensors are not peeping.
6- sometimes its the light for Yaw rotation rate sensor is on dashboard.
When I start the car and see this sign faulty transmission , the car can drive on reverse and other gears except for first gear.
If I start the car and sign does not show on dashboard, the car only drives on first gear 35 Km speed max.
Took it to many mechanics and nobody could fix it.
First guy said he fixed alternator and reprogrammed ECM , The second told me to check and change Positon switch Transmission range sensor) which I did today and still problem not fixed .Now they are saying its the alternator which the first guy fixed.
I checked the battery its giving 12.4 V and when car started and I hit Benzin pedal it goes up to 13.9-14 Volt .
It can be the ECM or transmission module☹️

You have to read the errors with a software!

The button inside the gauge is broken, its pretty common in e46 but super easy to fix. Bimmerzen has a good video how to fix
@@jokujonne2264 have to admit that i haven't checked the Bimmerzen video so thanks for that,also yes,the problem appeared when i have changed cluster gauge rings and i taught that i maybe broken the button ,but on the first check it didn't seem anything wrong with him,same on my trunk button😃my car is playing games with me,not making the broken parts obvious to notice and fix

Salut. Incearca sa inlocuiesti bordul de la un prieten cu masina la fel. Poate e stricat bordul. Tre s iti arate acul ala. Nu ai ce coda!

Ambient temperature you see only if you have automatic clima pannel.

You cannot. I think you have to buy US spec cluster.
