If you love this sport, then you love this channel for bringing back the beloved & infamous "Work-Out Wednesday"..... Thank-You..... Love / Light.... warmest & kindest Regards.... and of course.... best wishes for a EPIC indoor season!!!
Just curious... did Coach Smith call this a VO2 Max workout? If I assigned this workout to my high school team, based upon the background of these athletes, the paces, efforts, distances and rest, I wouldn't call this of VO2 Max session. The majority of the pace seemed in line with their 6K race pace. I know altitude makes those paces more difficult than at sea level but I think of VO2 Max work being at around 3K race pace. What am I missing?
That last mile at 5:03 pace at 7000ft altitude 🔥 🔥
Bro thats scary how good they are!
liking the new map overlay! Way to keep finding ways to up that quality!

honestly, their warm-up gear looks good, hope to watch them compete this season
I'm not going to accept the slander of Raisin Bran. It is an ELITE cereal. Great video though! Love this content!
WELL DONE NAU and TRACK: All-Access oh and of Course Mike Smith !!
When are you going to release a video of your wipeouts? Don't try to sell me that you don't crash.
Real fans know that he has crashed multiple times 😂
Very good work 👍
nice trail, id definitely take the ebike there
Where is Baloga? Haven’t seen her compete in a month. Please tell me she is not injured!

Not missing anything lol he’s just doing things sub optimally
maybe the last rep with the 5 minute mile and 2 hills?
It's better to be a mile short than an inch over. In other words, suboptimal (as previously stated) is better than going too fast.
VO2 looks different at 7k feet
Vo2 is an energy system, not a pace. Not to mention altitude and a hilly, dirt course making 6k pace much more difficult
What is float mean?
Take it easy but keep moving
👍🦵
These athletes have really good biomechanics. I'm picking up a few minor things, but nothing major.
I agree. I'm guessing Stearns is coming back from some physical stuff. I thought she ran pained a bit.
