A good cabbage recipe is what my family calls hot glog 🤣 you chop up cabbage, potatoes, and chicken sausage. Put them in a pan starting with the cabbage and then the potatoes, add your favorite seasoning for potatoes and then put the chicken sausage on top. Fill with water just to the top of the cabbage and then cook on medium/ high heat, covered, until cabbage is tender. Then just stir and serve. It's delicious 😊

Hi Sami, you're so amazing and inspiring! For the ring I had a similar situation. A solution is to have the ring take a slightly oval shape (hardly noticeable). So you turn it with the longer side horizontally to put it on and once you pass the knuckle, you turn the ring with the stone back up.
Hi Samiii!!! i had the exact same issue with my engagement ring and what the jeweller did was to put some beads in the inside so, when you put it on you turn it to one side to pass the knuckles and then you straighten it and it is perfect!! Can send you a photo if you want! Also, when you put your wedding band on it will make it far more snug! Hope this helps. (Barbara)

you can get a small piece of gold soldered on the inside of your ring . it will look like a little hump at the (inside bottom) but it will still slide over your knuckle and be more secure on your finger
I love Form so much. In the challenge I really enjoyed the recovery stretches days - I do warm ups and cool downs but I'm not so good at building in stretching time. I know you have that one 15 minute stretch session but I'd love some more of those

So my fingers are the SAME WAY and my ring is similar to yours where I just have a single gold band and one diamond on top so because it was too heavy it turned a lot and drove me crazy.. so what the jeweler suggested was to put these beads on the inside and it totally fixed the problem without actually having to size down more! You might look into it!

Hey babe I used to work for a jeweller and with your type of ring there’s pretty much nothing you can do with that ring BUT perhaps you can look at buying your wedding and eternity band early as you can get them soldered together and it will help balance the stone from twisting around a lot.
Enjoy the 30-35 minute targeted workouts. But would also love an occasional 40-50 min workout for a complete upper body (arms & abs!!) or lower body (activation, booty & legs) hit as well. Maybe incorporating a combination of weights/resistance and low impact pilates/cardio? Would like to be able to feel like I've hit everything I wanted to for that day in one video, but in a way that's intense enough to be functional/effective. Would also love to see more full body cardio sessions...but less of the 15-20 minute stuff and moreso 30+ mins, or long/intense enough where I feel like I've gotten in a full workout. Like, of course shorter workouts are more convenient, but I worry that they aren't always the most effective, you know? Maybe I just need to get out of my head on that. lol. A 30 minute low impact workout with no jumping due to condo/apartment living would be amazing!
Sami I have the same finger issues and issue with my ring! Get it weighted. The weight in the bottom will keep it from twisting. :)

Some people will put little balls on the band to keep the ring in place and still get it over your knuckles!
