- This is the start of our 2022 Wood Gasifier Builder's Workshop series. This video provides an overview of our V3 Wood Gasifier that we will focus on this year. Video provides an overview of the V3 gasifier and how the series will be done by sub-assemblies needed to complete a successful wood gasifier build.
I put one of these in my bedroom works great 👍
Very nice! Thanks for the video!!
Yes, I can make that if I had that workshop and all the available tools.
nice one, thanks for the video.
I wish to know how to build one like you.
My is all finished no problem runs great the red hose is no problem good product makes a ton of gas out of 2" blocks of fire wood !
Usage per kw?
@@brub5174 probably about 7 gallon bucket of 2 inch blocks of wood = 1 kilowatt hour just a educated guess
Where do you get the kit
OMG I LOVE THIS I JUST FOUND YOU FROM ANOTHER GUY THAT BOUGHT ONE FROM YOU. I HAVE A DEER CAMP I PLAN ON GETTING ONE. QUALITY BUILD!!!
Awesome! Thank you!
Отличная работа!
Have you ever considered building a plastic pyrolysis system? That take waste, rough, plastic, and turns it back into its constituent parts, without pollution. Motor oil, diesel, and gas (petrol), all from waste plastic. It can be achieved with roughly the same size of system, as you have here, for your amazing Gasifier.
I haven't but you might check with Ben. He created a product called Wastebot a while ago to do that
@@steveoffgrid485 Thanks, Steve. Do you have a link to Ben, please?

Approximate sustainable hp output? I'll be watching all your vids, thank you.
What's more efficient, a gasifier or a steam engine/dynamo?
Sir kindly share pdf file to build this
what is the fuel sorce for this system ? i know its wood but specifically dried chips or chunks ? what size ?
Wood chunks, typically 1"-4" in size, smaller chunks for smaller engines, larger for larger engines
How much is the kit to build one

Can a gasifier run a furnace to heat a house or barn?
You can use a gasifier for cooking or heating applications but since it contains carbon monoxide and no added oderants, you should not pipe the gas indoors.
@@steveoffgrid485 Let’s say for example that I had a separate building for the furnace that was not directly connected to the house other than the heated air being circulated. Do you think then that it could run a furnace?
@@Dream.big.dreams Yes, you could do that
@@Dream.big.dreamsThere has been quite a bit done with gasification hydronic furnaces. Both home made and commercial. This unit is optimized for running engines. Just look up hydronic gasification wood boilers.
im finishing my gasifier and im still not getting the order link for the blower from your side

hi i have a problem whit the rubber hose on the top hot hot hot
please revieus your desine somebody will get hurt my friend
Sorry but you are wrong. This is a metal-on-metal connection to accept the heat transfer and the straight silicone coupler is designed for high heat and is used in many industrial applications. You can use a metal coupler if you want but those are cheaper connection and don't do as well as these connectors.
Hi...how cost this
