My wife and I were literally a day from ordering one of these when we saw the Gridlessness YT channel got one so we decided to wait and see how it worked for them. Unfortunately, it hasn't worked well for them for some reason and they're very smart and industrious. I don't see many real videos of people using gasifiers to power generators. Lots of talk, lots of it can, lots of it should, but very few videos of it actually working. Your video is much needed for people like to me to see how it really works, but unfortunately you had far too many cuts and edits. I want to see the entire thing from start to finish to see what the process takes. I suspect that while it's possible to run a generator with your gasifier, that it's not actually feasible or easy. I would like you to prove me wrong. And that T-valve needs to be replaced by something that introduces air automatically because that seems to be a big issue, at least from watching the Gridlessness YT channel's attempt to use your gasifier.

I use Power Queen LiPo batteries on my boat, float plane and sled access only land in northern British Columbia Can'tada. Is your Wood Gasifier working.

I have always wondered if its possible to add thermoelectric generators on the outside of the burn chamber to capture some of the waste heat. I am such a fan of woodgasifiers.

Hey - Steve! My wife and I are in Northern Nevada at 6,000 ft. above sea level. Does the potential output need to be sized for high elevation? Maybe it is a dumb question but I am learning as best I am able.

I'm 80 yrs old. During ww II in the south Pacific islands millitary personally and CBs left stationed on these islands were driving their little Willis jeeps around using coconut shells in Jerry rigged gasefiers. It's ancient knowledge.It's the basics of after burners that were used to boost power and extend the fuel range for light bombers. This is simply a return to principals prior to computerised systems of today..😅😅😅

Nice looking kit with lots of thought put into it. Be careful welding stainless folks. Is there a video of this in operation? How long will it run on a load and how many hours before it needs shutdown maintenance? Also, do you need a bladder system to store gas if running a smaller engine?

I would love to build one of those..But, although I weld all the time, it seems like you would need some serious welding skills..Maybe a better idea would be to create an assembly line and make those units, to a degree that your average person could then assemble and put together in a few hours..Great technology..

I watched this video a year or two ago and after watching it I decided to scrap the idea of building a wood gasifier. Unfortunately, for me I didn't do any further research and didn't know that you continued to further your own designs and are now making a profit making and or selling kits for these. I will definitely purchase your book
