@@dlasti thank you, I actually sent Adrian a message to get us the dimensions of the garage 😊. I didn’t show it because they were power washing it for the buyers. 😂 you can hear it from time to time in the video. Thank you for watching. I’ll reply again when I get those dimensions

For an additional $12,000 to $15,000 could have had a separate bathroom and not a jack and jill one. What happened to showing the garage?
Since no gas, assuming it's on a septic system too?

@@antomano5623 thank you for commenting 😊. Yes they were power washing the Garage at the time. You can hear them doing it in some parts of the video. This home was 100% custom, they even help to find the land 😊👍 they could easily modify that area for you.
