System doesn't detect NVIDIa gpu u
everyone's solution: update drivers with nvidia experience
    me: *does that*
nvidia experience: cannot continue due to not detecting nvidia gpu

I had that issue but none of all the videos that i saw worked for me. Even if it must work for a lot of you in case somebody else do have the sema error. My error was that wy graphique card wasn't even showing up in device manager. There as only the graphic card of my Cpu but not my RTX. Nevertheless, when i clicked on show hidden divice. But there was error 45 showing off and the crafic card was like disabled. This wasn't helpning :). But what changed everything for me is that i deleted the pilot of my graphic card. and then i downloaded the good one. I think my old pilot was not on the good version of windows. If you don't know how to doo. To delete: you go to parameters then click on "add are delete applications" (in all the names i'm going to say i'm not sure because it is in french for me but it should be something close to that name). Then sroll down to find the pilot of your graphic card. In my case it was named "Nvidea graphic pilot". then click on it a, d press delete. You will have to click on a few thing and wait till it is deleted. Once deleted, you will have to intal it back but a newer one the good one :-). Go to this website: "www.nvidia.fr/Download/index.aspx?lang=fr". You will have to fill everything depending on your pc and graphic card. So important that you know wich one you have. If you d'ont have a Nvideo GPU there must be a website for your graphic card you just have to search pilot than your graphic card. So you download of corse the pilote. You instal it like any app and once fully downloaded, i hope it work like me :-). if not i'm sorry continue to search there must be a solution. You can always restart the computer. I hope it will help someone like it helped me. Have a nice day ;-). Let me know if it helped someone

Berry important make sure that you really have a problem. A lot of computers can only use their GPU when they are charging. So make sure to try if your GPU is detected when your computer is charging👍🏻

My friend is having the same issue and read on an article that windows with 10856 is incompatible with the geforce experience game drivers. dont know how to fix this or if he might just end up installing a new windows.

Hello, my OS is a freshly installedWindows 10(21h2), what worked for me was to install other pending driver updates needed specifically in Settings>Update&Security>Windows Update... Somewhere along the way it will install an Nvidia driver (the driver version was one in 2020)... Got happy when it was detected in the device manager (it's the legendary GT710 lol), Note that, in my case I would have still needed an iGPU to navigate the to the settings and update the drivers, since plugging my display in the GT710's vga port would just give me a blackscreen saying "no display detected" (probably because it isn't recognized by my pc yet)
Though I have tried directly installing a driver dedicated to the GT710 in Nvidia's website, it says that there were no compatible devices detected and would not proceed with the gt710's driver installation.
If after updating the driver through the WindowsUpdate settings made the Windows DeviceManager detect the GPU, then you can now change the display settings in the BIOS/UEFI to use your GPU display.
If you still encounter the non-detection of the GPU in the device manager, my speculation is that the GPU might be already defective(mine was already 7 years old and I thought it already died on me, it was almost fried because I tried to install an NVMe adapter to the "PCI" slot even though it would only work in the PCIe slot, where unfortunately my GPU was already occupying that slot), it may also be due to a an electric surge caused by energy fluctuations if you don't have a good PSU that has an inbuilt function same to an AVR or an actual AVR unit to connect the pc to and plugging that instead in the outlet. A UPS also works.
