    even though I could not do the bridge, and am confronted with lots of stiffness I feel beter fro having gone through the sequence. Always such a nice surprise how a short practice can bring about such beneficial change. Thank you again Olga. So pleased your new videos keep coming, providing further exploration

    Pls make more 40 min wrist free hatha yoga for intermediates with min instructions for 1) detox 2) balance 3) strength building 4) hip opening 5) heart opening 6) sacral chakra 7) all chakras 8) water element 9) all elements
    10) vin to yin 11) for sore muscles

    Is there an alternative to the position where you lift yourself from a sitting position to a bridge position? I'm recovering from a wrist/hand injury and have limited flexion and can put a limited amount of weight on it. I ended up going on my fists instead which allowed me to sustain my body weight.
