I wonder if near infrared light also has a synergistic, positive effect. green reflects it. I live in the woods. Bath in it and smell it day and night. Love it!
I kind of wonder if the salivary cortisol drop when thinking about going forest bathing might be because in the sampling prior to that, the subjects' stress was elevated because they didn't know what kind of medical trial it would be.
why would someone want to go to a forest once a week at a high cost when instead, the parents could help insure the child grows up with all the belongings of the parents at the time of birth and have time to spend in as much forest for a period to where they would have spent enough time to match the once a week, going to a forest?
