I have a 2022 gladiator Willy's package that has upgraded rims and heavy lug tires from the factory. Plus Dana 44 front and rear and heavier duty shocks. Black girl in the front painted wheel flares. Listed for 54,000 bought it for 47,000. I love it as well just ended the front windows it came with gorilla Glass. Diamond cover undercoating. 🤠
The Raptor, too harsh of a ride!!!! To 99% of the automotive reviewers out there say it's one of, if not, the best riding truck today. Smooth, comfortable....... My brother drives a Jeep Willie's edition and while a nice jeep, that's a rough ride compared to my 2012 Raptor. Now, be honest, high speed off road, which would you rather have? The Raptor or the Gladiator? Keep in mind 100% stock vs stock. I'll agree when it comes to off roading as a whole, rock crawling, crazy trails the jeep is the go to, but that's not what the Raptors primary design was for. And, if a vehicle didn't come off the factory line in its "Raptor killer" form, then you can't compare it to a Raptor. Any truck van be built to be a "Raptor killer". But... anyway, hurry up and get the jeep its 2" lift. It does look 100x better so far.
Mike got pulled over by a cop and he told him that Penn state law doesn't allow the type of tires he had on his F150. He told him that the tires were too big and they protruded too far out from the fender flares. It looked chill, but he had to get rid of the tires. You probably saw that video.
Just got one my self. I got the bed protector and cover. Getting side steps next then working on the tires. I might keep the stock rims just because people would hate it here in washington

Excellent review! Just my opinion as a Jeep owner (‘O5 Wrangler)... Keep the stock fender flares and don’t paint the roof. The contrast between the body color and the black roof and flares is what gives it the classic Jeep look (along with the grill). Have fun with it!

Just bought one myself. I added some wider Fuel wheels. Love the added poke and fatter tire look due to increased wheel width. BTW moved from Powell Oh last year to Texas. Good to see some of my old stomping ground when you drive around. 👍

I just got mine last Saturday. I got the overland model with leather etc it's loaded. I know I'm going grit my teeth when I get it scratched from work and off road. I agree the bed works ok. I'm getting lumber racks that I can remove when not in use. As always your channel is great. Thank you
If i end up with a gladiator i Probably get a sports s , rubicon prices are a bit out of hand .. for that price on a rubicon we should have a better engine option.
Spot on review...I felt just like you before I slapped some 37's on my Gladiator Rubicon. I LOVE THIS TRUCK!!! Those covers are for the 2 freedom top panels for when you remove them.
I know you like it better to you. However from my experience that turbo ecoboost has plenty of power when tuned. It's more roomy and does look better. I like the Gladiator as well but you have to do several mods to make them look good.
Gr8 Video, Got the MOJAVE, probably what ya should have gotten, but have to agree with ya, I have a lot of toys, the Glad is my fav!!! But unfortunately snow or rock crawling is not on my menu, & for your go fast cars, enjoy!!! Real estate rocks!!!!

With the features you're showing us, it definitely has grown on me. I'm almost becoming a fan of the Gladiator! It was definitely the right choice to change those "pizza cutters". The new wheels/tires made a night and day difference in the looks! With it able to seat a 6' 2" person in the back comfortably, also having a decent amount of storage, plus an open truck bed, makes this really practical too. Seems like a win win win all around! I personally would be happy if it was left exactly the way it is. However, the other mods you have planned will probably take it over the top. Looking forward to what you do next! BTW, would also love to hear updates about your new investment in that new housing development. Are you in contract already?

Will, awesome review. Great video. I couldn’t agree more. I actually have the same sting grey Jeep with 35x12.5 Nitto ridge grapplers and 2 inch Mopar lift. Same steps too. It is also my favorite truck I have owned.
First you don't buy a Wrangler for power dahhhhhhh, You buy a Wrangler for its capabilities. Raptor with the Echo engine for 65 - 70k I will pass. Raptor is a fair vehicle but again I own a Rubicon JL 2019, 2018 and what its capable of doing a Raptor can only stand on the sidelines and watch.
You need new gears and a tazer mini. My Rubicon gladiator will spin the 35 on dry pavement until the computer takes over and reduced throttle even with the traction control off.
Did you considered the F150? I'm not feeling the Raptor. As it is right now, It just looks like the Gladiator is missing something. I know the mods will improve it. Great review!!
Save your money on the stereo and put Polyphia in each speaker box that is the stuff that comes out of bed pillows just find your old bed pillow and take the pile of feel out and put in each speaker box throughout that vehicle totally different sound trust me before you speakmoney
I believe the cover is a bag for your freedom panels and hard top to go in when not on the truck might also b a soft top of u got the dual top package imo the top looks better black it accents the gray nicely see them come down the line with gray top and flares it's just too much gray for me
Great review Will. So much to like about the Gladiator all around. Oh...the covers in the storage are for your removable roof panels if I am not mistaken. I think that is a nice touch, but they will come more in handy after you have gotten them painted.
The gladiator hasn’t grown on me as a “whole”. It can’t do what a wrangler or a basic quarter ton truck can do , but it try’s n looks like both ... They cut the off-roading capability & as for a truck it can’t tow and it’s basically got no bed , horrible on gas with no power ... I’d love if they made a 2dr /6ft bed or 5.5
I would say it’s horrible on gas compared to other trucks it’s about average. And it has decent power for its weight but should have more power for the mods people put on then. And they can tow.
Hey will nice 👍 mod on the truck so far...rather than painting the roof and fender flares, y not get it wrapped. Obviously it’s reversible and also less expensive than painting.

But once I do the 3” lift and 37s, it’ll do trails way better.

The Raptor is a much better driving vehicle on the road. If you have a daily driver and only use this vehicle for off road you could make a claim like this but driving this truck on the road is a bummer.

They're pretty interesting vehicles. I love me a Raptor though. I think it might be the Ford bias in me.

The Raptor is a much better driving vehicle on the road. If you have a daily driver and only use this vehicle for off road you could make a claim like this but driving this truck on the road is a bummer.
My raptor was a lot worse on the road for some reason.
@@WillMotivation Really? I sold Ford and thought the Raptor was good on the road. The jeep truck like other jeeps pushes instead of pulls and feels to me less stable. It's a good looking vehicle and great offroad.
