    I really like those dimensions! I used to have an aquarium 10 years ago and it was a mess, prolly because i had too much in there and it was full of algae which i wasnt able to get rid off.. but i feel like starting one again and keeping it simple this time.

I was surprised how quickly the time passed and also how many plants fitted into such a small space . Looking forward to updates on this beautiful little setup. Thanks as always and stay safe.

    What about a filter and heater? A lot of those plants are tropical. Is the weather hot where you are maybe? Would also be really cool to see some micro fish in there. Im sure you could hook up a tube that leads down into a filter then comes back around to the other side as a water fall of some kind. Would love to see that, all you aquascapers are so creative. And I love seeing the progress and results of each build. just gorgeous.

    I have 4 odd shaped aquariums I plan to aquascape this year. They were custom made by someone in my area. The tanks are all 36" x 8" x 8" (91cm x 20cm x 20cm). I have plans to do an iwagumi scape for one, a double island with a path, one i'm calling a zen garden scape with a bonzai tree and a buddha statue, and I was thinking about a lucky bamboo forest scape. I'm definitely doing the iwagumi and double island scape. The other two I'm not for sure yet. I plan to build a bookshelf type stand which will hold two of the tanks each.
    I'm wondering do you think these aquariums would be too small to add filters? My too small I mean the 8" (20cm) depth?

    • @JurijsJutjajevs
      @JurijsJutjajevs  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think it’s possible to add filters, just think what kind of filter you would like to use and make sure to have enough space for the in and outlet

    Jurijs... do you know "new tank syndrome"?
    This is the phenomena for new aquascaper create many tank as they could...
    sometime... the goal of first tank is not yet achieve or any un-satisfied things...
    but... fortunately they also create the best scape... just bad thought have that syndrome... so... need to create more tank... need more pleasant... need more learn anything.. more and more for satisfied any wonder...
    so... your mini pond.. nano aquascape... or even small jar biotope is the best solution for their syndrome...
    it's work for me long time ago... haha...
