Simple glass container (awesome quality though) with the Tropica Aquadecor, the buce and crypts look beautiful. All this combined to make a stunning little scape. Also this could be achieved at any level in my opinion. Once my office/studio is done might go for one of these on my desk.
The video production on your videos are top notch with all the panning and transitions etc.. The wabi kusa stuff is really interesting and would love to see more cool emmersed plants and that tiny flower is cool.
My favorite decorative sand! It has another advantage, if used to either cap aquasoil Amazonia light or in the same tank, even if some Amazonia gets mixed it still looks natural!
@@JurijsJutjajevs Well you see I liked watching big tank stuff however I didn't have the space so I made small ones too. I used a 1 gallon drinks dispenser on my channel, let me know what you think.
The ONLY thing I don't like about watching your videos is, a lot of products you feature we cannot get in AMERICA!!! So aggravating!! I would love to get my hands on that DOOA Concept Book! I found it for sale in other parts of the world but not here in the US. We are really behind in the world of aquascaping. Wish I had a more entrepreneural drive because I believe someone could really thrive in the US with a lot of these products. Regardless, thanks for your content. If anything, I'm glad we can get that in the US!
thanks a ton. I'm ordering it now. I was looking thru the website and came across the bottom release tool. The one for substrate capsules. It's alot of $$ for what it is but I for one struggle with putting them in a lot. So I'm wondering just how well they really work? Have you ever tried one or used one?
Super interesting. Just ordered 4 models to play with. I really want to see you working on the Terrabase...so i can get a coaching before i give it a try. Have a wonderful day my dear xx
Just order the 15x15x30 version because of your video, I’m planing to tie some miniature orchid on drift wood cover with moss, and soil substrate on the bottom, also cover with moss, added some tropical-ish plant. Would love to see your approach on somewhat vertical, soil base tropical terrarium 🙃
I’d like to see how you would go about making your own aqua decor. The Tropica stuff isn’t available in all countries. Mounting crypts is especially interesting, since they’re usually thought of as root feeders.
I'll make a video on how Tropica does it and show the entire growth process from day 1 to final product. Here is a brief summary - drill a hole into the rock/wood or use natural cravices to plug the plant into it or use a simple rubber band to hold the plant in place. Lava rock will soak up water nutrient mix and feed the plant. Give it humidity light and time
Jurijs Jutjajevs Thank you so much Jurijs, you’re awesome 😊 I really appreciate the in depth content your creating, and how you respond to everyone’s comments in depth too. 👍Greetings from the UK 🇬🇧.
nice stuff! when will we see you fill the Diorama style monte carlo carpet with water ? keen to get some tips on what to do after you fill it up with water!
While this is another beautiful video and tank. I was thought you were going to make some Wabi Kusa balls. Given the fact that you helped Takashi Amano I was really hoping you had some insight on how he made the soil based Wabi Kusa balls.
Just wondering how budget friendly this is. The moment i hear all the fancy Japanese names , I get the feeling that all of the stuff is overpriced for what it is. Would be nice if you would give us some prices of the materials you use. But beside that , you did a great job and it looks really nice.
okay, the DOOA neo glass air is a little bit pricey, but you can use any container you want. Gravel and lava rock cost close to nothing. 2 potted plants won't cost a fortune either and sunlight is for free. If you want to use the Tropica AquaDecor, they will cost a little bit more than the raw ingredients, but you always pay for convenience and also the plants are already matured and well attached to the rock
The glasswork by DOOA costs about 60 euro's here (excl lid), plants attached to rocks about 15-20 euro's a piece. Rock per kilo 5-6 euro's and plants 5-6 euro's a piece if bought seperately. If you want to work on a budget, get cheaper glass and buy the rock/plants seperated. :)
Does the lava rock act like a sponge and bring water up to the plants. Or do we need to make the water level high enough for ghe plant roots to touch the water.
Would the crypt keep it's roots attached to the lava rock when you submerse it? thinking about creating some aqua decor and wabi kusa balls myself, using a small green house and only using those in my next scape. I'd also be really interested in a video where you show the aqua decot process at tropica! And i vote for nr. 4 next!
@@JurijsJutjajevs Oh, I thought maybe using the river sand in the middle and topping off with LA Plata to the edges. But I'm unsure how they really look together in reality.
