The new xtr ar3 I believe is the same engine as the k301ec. It comes with xtr hipex 2135 pipe. It is 409.99. They originally listed it at 389.99 and with discount I got one for 331.49 with pipe great deal for dlc engine with pipe in my opinion. Can’t wait to try it out, probably gonna break it in this week. I see fx now has 301Ec version they changed it a bit.

The oring around the button it is to help with vibration of the motor. All Novarossi have that. I thought it was to help with sealing up button and increase the compression. But I was told it was for vibration reasons. To help the motor from vibrating the motor alot
Hey man I have the k302.1 and wanted to reduce shims to gain little more power. The engine has 2x 0.2mm shims installed from the factory and also came with extra 0.15mm shim. The manual says to gain power you need to add total of 0.3mm head shims. But how would I do that if mine came with extra 0.15mm?
Usually shims are .1 and .2 thick. I have not measured them on the latest engines though. I think even going to .3 stack you might not even notice the difference in power.

They are the same engine, 302 has a lower head. Whatever you prefer.

In the video the Fx 2100 pipe, I think the Fx 2131 might be better or the Os 2090.
