It disturbs me to think that i will slowly start forgetting things. When i see these videos i come into a state of stark realizations and epiphanies. I try to note all of that down on a paper. But paper proves not to be enough. I get so disturbed. I don't want to forget these knowledge packets. I feel (literally) so smart when i see his videos.

That's why there is a word called 'Revision'. So congratulations if u don't forget things. U can be the next genius of our century.
I think I do get what you are trying to explain. It happens with me too. I feel that I forget all the knowledge that I accumulate. I try to revise. It stays for a few weeks and then again, I'm back to square one. It is a disgusting feeling, yeah I know.
