Lingering Will is a no brainier here, he's one of the few bosses (With the data fights) that forces you to learn and adapt instead of the 'Spam X and occasionally Cure' mentality that gets most players through the entire game.
No joke. It took me ~6 hours to beat him on regular with stats high enough to hit LW’s damage ceiling (80 across the board for Sora). Be that as it may, I still haven’t figured out how to damage the orbs when he locks out your regular attacks. I just spam magic or limit form and pray for the best. Can’t imagine how tough it is on Critical Mode
@@ThenosM_ that is how! He either locks out your attack or your magic+items, and you have to do a lil half-health-bar of damage to him to break out of it and get his normal health bar back :)

Yea, way back when I first played it on the ps2, I didn't really use drive forms so I was missing most of the mobility abilities (didn't even know they were a thing), as well as under leveled from skipping a lot of the trash fights in each world. I actually couldn't hit him to stop heartless angel, my only hope was elixers and beating him before they ran out. Sephiroth was certainly a chore back then, though, honestly still not as bad as kh1 version... lol
10 year old me won this fight on a complete fluke after attempting it for like 3 hours. I didn’t know about mobility abilities and was under leveled. And when I finally go him down to 1 hp, I had no MP and had MP rage turned on, meaning I basically just had to mash x and pray to god I didn’t slip up until my MP came back so I could finally do a finisher. I came back and fought him a year or two ago and distinctly remember thinking “wow this was a lot harder the first time”. He’s really not that bad, all things considered.
It is fairly easy to dodge once you circle around him. What made it hard for me was that I chose the Dream Sword instead of the Shield, and it's on Critical Mode. So once he catches me with just a single bullet during that desperation move of his, I'm done for. Yes, I had no idea you'd get Once More sooner if you chose the Dream Shield up until I looked it up. And I thought Roxas was hard.
Lingering Will is like a Dark Souls boss in terms of Absurdity. I may have only played Twenty Minutes worth of Dark Souls I [Bloodborne included.] but I can tell that he would fit well in the Dark Souls Games.

Reflect is your best friend against Sephiroth's orbs lol Funny thing when my friend and I first fought Xemnas in the end and had to deal with reflecting all the lasers, we didn't realize Sora was also able to reflect by pressing x so we were beating the crap out our triangle button trying to keep Sora alive with just Riku reflecting. XD
Best Kingdom hearts game imo not only in the gameplay but even the story was really good, mostly because Sora in this game is a badass, more mature than in the first one and more merciless

Here's a psa for you guys: Equip blizzard resistance for demyx, I know most of his attacks are water but they technically count as "Blizzard Damage" which can help when you have a ton of blizz-resistance

I had recently come across how op Goofy's knocksmash was in the original a short time before Xaldin so he wasn't a problem for me. 1.Knocksmash 2. Pop 2 ethers 3. Repeat twice/ 3 times at the most for that last bit of remaining hp because overkill is INVIGORATING! 😈 But now Knocksmash suckss so you actually have to fight him how SA describes in the video.

The non-optional Xaldin boss was one that I genuinely enjoyed. Granted, I came prepared and was aware that I needed to grab his jump move from him in order to get the biggest edge. PS - grabbing jump and spamming the shit out of it is a lot of fun.
You can actually avoid Xigbar's ultimate attack 16:54 simply by running in circle on the platform, but keep in mind that your own companions can obstruct your way if they are knocked out.
I know he was hard, I even stopped playing for a while because I was stuck but then I finally beat him then I beat the whole game. So keep trying, he's not the hardest member of those guys. That would be the guy in Beauty and the Beast in my opinion.

Me too. I went a period of 2 years where I would occasionally come back and try again. I even tried using an Action Replay to cheat him, and it didn't help. I did eventually beat him, though, fueled by calm rage.

When I was fighting Xigbar I activated wisdom form because it’s what I usually do, and I became anti form instead. Deadset he was finished within a minute, proudest gaming moment of my life.
NOTE: On the Sephiroth Battle.. you can get rid of his Shadow Flare using Reflect spell. Don't know if you know.. but it's easier to defeat Sephiroth using that spell and ONLY that spell. No other spell works.
Almost any form of attack can get rid of those spheres. Just remember this, Reflect CAN damage Sephiroth. You can even block most of his moves... except for Heartless Angel. Just be sure to save that small MP for the heal in case you do need it.
I've beaten Xemnas many times in Kingdom Hearts 2 so I agree that Sephiroth was way harder, I didn't think Xemnas was that hard. Sephiroth was a pain in the ass.
I've beaten KH2.5 on PS3 (Critical mode) but Xaldin always wrecked my ass. I just started a playthrough on PS4 and your advice made the fight so easy and fun! You rock!
Note on dodging Xigbar's Ultimate: Pick a corner and start running in a circle, similar to how the clip shows at 16:48 - the bullets will fire where you were just a moment before, allowing you to run around the entire ult
After replaying this game last week I was reminded why Birth by Sleep is my favorite kh game. It doesn't have dumb mini games and rules for certain fights
22:30 to answer your question. When sephiroth summons the dark orbs. I always used deflect barrier. The magic barrier that you use to protect yourself can actually deflect the orbs away and if sephiroth decides to teleport into uppercut you in the air. You can deal extra damage to him. If you level your gut up to level 99 and get your power boost up to 150 AK. You can actually take him down real fast. On easy mode I once leveled up my guy to level 99 and got my power boost up to 150 and toke down 5 health bars within 1 combo assault.
for the lingering will's ultimate attack, to get through the final bit of it, wait for him to teleport. the second you hear him teleport back, lock on and then instantly spam guard, you are permanently invincible whilst doing it because there are so many swings in quick succession that you never let guard stop, then the moment the final hit connects, begin your combo
The amount of creativity when it came to the bosses and how the environment is designed around them is insane, I can't remember one Kh3 boss fight but every kh2 is imbedded in my brain

Ricky Lamarine Also I’m not trying to undermine Xaldin’s difficulty. He’s definitely right up there with Roxas. But when I can summarize Xaldin’s battle as basically block and dodge his attacks and mash triangle, and I would call Roxas’s an extremely high paced boss battle where you of take advantage small openings and counter to the best of your abilities. I would say Roxas is more skill intensive, Since your pretty close to the endgame it makes sense too. The game basically says to take all the Abilities and strategies you’ve learned up to this point and use them well. Because other than the clash QTE that allows to use his Keyblades for a short while, most of the battle boils down to pure skill and maybe a little trial and error. And I love the battle because of it.
@@ultrafox4005 i'll make it easy for you: How do deal with roxas: Memorize his patterns, when the battle starts immediately press square 2 or 3 times first roxas combo: guard 3 times like this: Guard, Guard, wait a bit, Guard, that will create an opening for you to combo him, otherwise, you can dodge the combo and wait for his finisher (the part where he retreats, and when he dashs back to you), just guard. simple as that Aerial circling attack: this one is a little trick, you can either guard, which is hard because if you get combo'd by him, you will most likely get hit, so the best option is to use reflect, even if you can't create an opening to combo him, you at least won't take damage The Energy balls attack (or whatever it is called), this one is another one people tend to miss, specially during the encounter during the story, you can't lock on him during this attack, otherwise you will get hit easily. how to deal with the attack: go to the edge of the arena and spam dodge roll, remember: DON'T LOCK ON HIM DURING THIS MOVE! otherwise you will miss and get damaged a lot. if you're playing the data version of the fight, you can easily avoid this by gliding around him. Second phase: Roxas first Combo with Pillars: same way you did during the first fight, but i recommend dodge rolling this time and wait for his combo finisher (the retreat then dash like i said previously) and guard. that's the best and most reliable way to combo him. Aerial circling with Pillars: Reflect. Reaction Command: ALWAYS put your cursor on the second slot, especially on the data battle, because you can have enough time to select the first or the third one if it doesn't appear on the second slot. that way you have less chances of missing the reaction command, and even if it appears on the 4th slot, if you're quick, you can choose it, when you take his 2 keyblades, wait for the cutscene where Sora "calls" his 2 keyblades at him to end, and IMEDIATELY dodge roll to roxas direction! if you try to attack him instead of dodge rolling towards him, the pillars will hit you and he will combo you, mostly killing you in the process, but if you dodge roll at him first, the invencibility frames from the dodge roll will prevent you from taking damage, after you dodge rolled, combo him with his two keyblades, but watch out for the pillars, they can hit you and ruin your combo. Roxas Desperation Move: He will use 2 spinning keyblades or whatever and charge at you, you can either glide away, dodge roll or reflect, but don't try to attack him back until the move is over, even if you get hit, and DON'T get caught too much on it, otherwise you're done. after that LONG tutorial, let's go to Xaldin, and why he's more difficulty than Roxas (after all, Roxas is number 13 and Xaldin 3) When the battle Starts: 2 options: Guard his first 3 energy attacks (if you're playing the data battle he always start with this move, on the storymode he can either use Spear Dash or the Spear Long ground Attack) anyways the second way to deal with the Energy attack is to simply run towards him and do 4 aerial attacks (don't try to combo him otherwise he will make his wind shield and damage you during your combo, 4 is the limit before the shield appears, so be quick and not greedy!) the Spear dash move: When he starts charging at you guard then quickly press the Triangle or Y button to use the reaction command "Learn", on data battle you have to mostly rely on the learn command, otherwise you won't win the battle. after he does the Spear dash he will change it to the Long 6 spear ground Move (the one where he turns around and try to hit your feet with the 6 spears), this move can't be blocked except if you use reflect, but it's better if you jump and, while in midair, smash Triangle or Y to stock up learn commands Spear Dive move: This one is tricky and annoying to dodge, but i found out by solaam that the best way to dodge it is by Using Glide and rotating until the move is over, while you're gliding, you can try to get learn commands, since you will have a small window of time to stock learn commands during this glide rotating sequence, it's annoying, but it works, when you get more than 7 jump commands, just use it at Xaldin and you're fine Dragon move( the one where he yells "SORA!" before riding a giant dragon): easy to dodge actually, you can either do a perfectly timed dodge roll, reflect, or simply stay away from where the dragon is, you just can't be on his way during his attack, but since he gives you time to run away, all you have to do is to pay attention where the dragon will be in the arena and run away from his position, as simple as that. Reaction command: The Learn Command, i already explained that, stock them up to 9 and then spam it when he stops attacking, you always stun him after sucessfully hitting him with a jump command so all you have to do is to wait for him to finish an attack then immediately use it. Desesperation Move(another annoying one, and this one is responsible for most deaths on Data battle): he will start teleporting and attacking you, the time you have to react to his attacks are so little that, if you get hit and get combo'd, you're dead. not even roxas had less time to react as this guy. the only reliable way i found searching was using Magnega when he finishs teleporting, but you have to be really quick AND have enough MP to spam magnega, if your mp is recharging, you better use ethers or give up hope. try to not get hit by his attacks, it's really frustating to miss, but if you manage to interrupt his attacks 2 times, he will change it to Spear Dive move, so Glide Rotate, quickly stock jump commands, then finish him off once for all! For Data Xaldin, the Learn command is a must! but for the regular story one, you can actually win the battle without depending of it too much, but remember: learn Command is the best way to deal with Xaldin on both case scenarios! to sucessfully defeat xaldin, you are supposed to stock AT LEAST 7 - 9 Jump commands, anything bellow Seven is untrusting and will give you hard times with this guy, after you got 7 - 9 commands, Spam Jump until you run out of Jump commands, after the first health bars are taken down, Xaldin will do the Spear dive move, this one is trick and annoying move to dodge on Critical mode, because if you get caught, you can't break free from the spears comming out of the air, and it will simply kill you even with Once more and Second chance, so if you're doing a data battle run, DO NOT GET HIT BY THE SPEAR DIVE!. The DM is by far the worst part of the battle, trying to not get hit with so little time to cast Magnega, and sometimes Magnega won't even stops him! you have to be really lucky to use 2 magnegas in a row and sucessfully stop him so he can change to spear dive. Final notes: Xaldin > Roxas Roxas Battle is hard because he comes out of nowhere and plays similar to how you play, and since he plays similar to how you play that means on the first plays you will get combo'd a lot, and die in the process since you're not used to fight someone that fight like you! Roxas battle is perfect, it has the sad and Difficulty vibe mixed together, which makes you feel really sad and happy for beating him after many tries. but difficulty isn't just applied to the story bosses, after all, Xaldin is an early boss so he has less HP and is Less agressive overall, but the Data battles.... GOD DAMN, Xaldin will make you lose not because you didn't know which move he was going to do, but because you didn't have enough time to react to it, really the real part i died at roxas battle was during his DM move, but soon i learned his patterns and beat him without needing to grind or anything, but for xaldin... i had to max out my stats for that guy. his DM is worse than roxas DM, on Data battle he WON'T TAKE A BRAKE, Roxas at least would use combo finishers and give you a small time to react, but Xaldin won't stop rushing towards you even if you stay away from him, he's truly annoying and beating his data version on Critical is a good archievment.. Roxas still a cool fight too, but not as tough as Xaldin fight, especially when you're under leveled.
I love the lingering will. even when I die fighting it, I can't help but smile because it's so hype. Never have I encountered an enemy that can turn a sword into a rocket launcher. Gives me the willies. The good willies. XD
shadow hunter02 he's the most easiest boss in kh history just equip mega elixirs and use Donald's flare command which gives you invincibility no matter what attack he uses I beat him on my first try
That's because he's an extremely well designed boss. His attacks hit hard, but will rarely insta-kill you unless you're grossly underlevelled. Most of his attacks are blockable and have just enough of a tell for you to react, and the ones that don't are designed to punish you for pushing the offense too hard. Every time you fight him, his moveset and patterns are randomized, meaning you always have to be on your toes. He's the opposite of the BBS/3D bosses. Instead of punishing you for wanting to use your full moveset and forcing each battle into a pattern of "dodge roll forever, hit them once or twice with a very specific command, then dodge roll again," Lingering Will demands a mastery of everything you've learned. Want to rush him down, you absolutely can. Wanna stick to magic? That works too. Summons, Limits, Drives? All perfectly viable options. He can be blocked, he can be comboed, and with every defeat, you know he can be beaten if you just push yourself a bit further.
13:40 The only reason why I remember him is because for some reason, Mickey saves me more times consecutively in this fight than in all of EVER in the whole game. I don't know if I godly luck or that the fight had an increased chance of Mickey showing up.
Mickey will save you infinitely during the Xaldin fight. There are a few other fights in the game that have Mickey show up and save you, but I don’t remember who they were.
So basically the takeaway from this video is: If you're dying to any particular boss you're either... a) not blocking b) not using reflect c) not using reaction commands d) some combination of the above
I have a way of dodge Xigbar Ultimate attack and it easy. The key is NOT to dodge. People tell you to run circles around him but if you try this normal you will screw it up a lot. The problem is that people don't tell you the most important part. You need to hold BOTH sticks right or left. The camera will then pan to Sora side. This will make Sora Run in a perfect circle.

10 year old me won this fight on a complete fluke after attempting it for like 3 hours. I didn’t know about mobility abilities and was under leveled. And when I finally go him down to 1 hp, I had no MP and had MP rage turned on, meaning I basically just had to mash x and pray to god I didn’t slip up until my MP came back so I could finally do a finisher.
I came back and fought him a year or two ago and distinctly remember thinking “wow this was a lot harder the first time”. He’s really not that bad, all things considered.
To dodge Xigbar's final ultimate. very simple. Tight circles. all day every day. just run around him like you're in the Kentucky Derby.

I'm always confused when people say they have an issue dodging this move when I really just run around in a circle and have never gotten hit by it.
It is fairly easy to dodge once you circle around him. What made it hard for me was that I chose the Dream Sword instead of the Shield, and it's on Critical Mode. So once he catches me with just a single bullet during that desperation move of his, I'm done for.

Lingering Will is like a Dark Souls boss in terms of Absurdity. I may have only played Twenty Minutes worth of Dark Souls I [Bloodborne included.] but I can tell that he would fit well in the Dark Souls Games.

I destroyed first Xemnas in one try and only healed twice but it took me like an hour to beat Xigbar on critical. Lol
I only died once against Xemnas my first time playing during the mandatory Riku segment rescuing Sora, because my first time I couldn't make it to Sora in time.

Xigbars ultimate attack can be easily dodged by continuously running around the platform in a circular motion.
The non-optional Xaldin boss was one that I genuinely enjoyed. Granted, I came prepared and was aware that I needed to grab his jump move from him in order to get the biggest edge. PS - grabbing jump and spamming the shit out of it is a lot of fun.

You can actually avoid Xigbar's ultimate attack 16:54 simply by running in circle on the platform, but keep in mind that your own companions can obstruct your way if they are knocked out.

When I was fighting Xigbar I activated wisdom form because it’s what I usually do, and I became anti form instead. Deadset he was finished within a minute, proudest gaming moment of my life.
NOTE: On the Sephiroth Battle.. you can get rid of his Shadow Flare using Reflect spell. Don't know if you know.. but it's easier to defeat Sephiroth using that spell and ONLY that spell. No other spell works.
Lightning Farron in fm the move where sora spirals on the ground clears the spheres out as well
Almost any form of attack can get rid of those spheres. Just remember this, Reflect CAN damage Sephiroth. You can even block most of his moves... except for Heartless Angel. Just be sure to save that small MP for the heal in case you do need it.

Note on dodging Xigbar's Ultimate: Pick a corner and start running in a circle, similar to how the clip shows at 16:48 - the bullets will fire where you were just a moment before, allowing you to run around the entire ult

When sephiroth summons the dark orbs. I always used deflect barrier.
The magic barrier that you use to protect yourself can actually deflect the orbs away and if sephiroth decides to teleport into uppercut you in the air. You can deal extra damage to him.
If you level your gut up to level 99 and get your power boost up to 150 AK. You can actually take him down real fast.
On easy mode I once leveled up my guy to level 99 and got my power boost up to 150 and toke down 5 health bars within 1 combo assault.
for the lingering will's ultimate attack, to get through the final bit of it, wait for him to teleport. the second you hear him teleport back, lock on and then instantly spam guard, you are permanently invincible whilst doing it because there are so many swings in quick succession that you never let guard stop, then the moment the final hit connects, begin your combo

Ricky Lamarine Also I’m not trying to undermine Xaldin’s difficulty. He’s definitely right up there with Roxas. But when I can summarize Xaldin’s battle as basically block and dodge his attacks and mash triangle, and I would call Roxas’s an extremely high paced boss battle where you of take advantage small openings and counter to the best of your abilities. I would say Roxas is more skill intensive, Since your pretty close to the endgame it makes sense too. The game basically says to take all the Abilities and strategies you’ve learned up to this point and use them well. Because other than the clash QTE that allows to use his Keyblades for a short while, most of the battle boils down to pure skill and maybe a little trial and error. And I love the battle because of it.

How do deal with roxas: Memorize his patterns, when the battle starts immediately press square 2 or 3 times
first roxas combo: guard 3 times like this: Guard, Guard, wait a bit, Guard, that will create an opening for you to combo him, otherwise, you can dodge the combo and wait for his finisher (the part where he retreats, and when he dashs back to you), just guard. simple as that
Aerial circling attack: this one is a little trick, you can either guard, which is hard because if you get combo'd by him, you will most likely get hit, so the best option is to use reflect, even if you can't create an opening to combo him, you at least won't take damage
The Energy balls attack (or whatever it is called), this one is another one people tend to miss, specially during the encounter during the story, you can't lock on him during this attack, otherwise you will get hit easily. how to deal with the attack: go to the edge of the arena and spam dodge roll, remember: DON'T LOCK ON HIM DURING THIS MOVE! otherwise you will miss and get damaged a lot. if you're playing the data version of the fight, you can easily avoid this by gliding around him.
Second phase:
Roxas first Combo with Pillars: same way you did during the first fight, but i recommend dodge rolling this time and wait for his combo finisher (the retreat then dash like i said previously) and guard. that's the best and most reliable way to combo him.
Aerial circling with Pillars: Reflect.
Reaction Command: ALWAYS put your cursor on the second slot, especially on the data battle, because you can have enough time to select the first or the third one if it doesn't appear on the second slot. that way you have less chances of missing the reaction command, and even if it appears on the 4th slot, if you're quick, you can choose it, when you take his 2 keyblades, wait for the cutscene where Sora "calls" his 2 keyblades at him to end, and IMEDIATELY dodge roll to roxas direction! if you try to attack him instead of dodge rolling towards him, the pillars will hit you and he will combo you, mostly killing you in the process, but if you dodge roll at him first, the invencibility frames from the dodge roll will prevent you from taking damage, after you dodge rolled, combo him with his two keyblades, but watch out for the pillars, they can hit you and ruin your combo.
Roxas Desperation Move: He will use 2 spinning keyblades or whatever and charge at you, you can either glide away, dodge roll or reflect, but don't try to attack him back until the move is over, even if you get hit, and DON'T get caught too much on it, otherwise you're done.
after that LONG tutorial, let's go to Xaldin, and why he's more difficulty than Roxas (after all, Roxas is number 13 and Xaldin 3)
When the battle Starts: 2 options: Guard his first 3 energy attacks (if you're playing the data battle he always start with this move, on the storymode he can either use Spear Dash or the Spear Long ground Attack) anyways the second way to deal with the Energy attack is to simply run towards him and do 4 aerial attacks (don't try to combo him otherwise he will make his wind shield and damage you during your combo, 4 is the limit before the shield appears, so be quick and not greedy!)
the Spear dash move: When he starts charging at you guard then quickly press the Triangle or Y button to use the reaction command "Learn", on data battle you have to mostly rely on the learn command, otherwise you won't win the battle. after he does the Spear dash he will change it to the Long 6 spear ground Move (the one where he turns around and try to hit your feet with the 6 spears), this move can't be blocked except if you use reflect, but it's better if you jump and, while in midair, smash Triangle or Y to stock up learn commands
Spear Dive move: This one is tricky and annoying to dodge, but i found out by solaam that the best way to dodge it is by Using Glide and rotating until the move is over, while you're gliding, you can try to get learn commands, since you will have a small window of time to stock learn commands during this glide rotating sequence, it's annoying, but it works, when you get more than 7 jump commands, just use it at Xaldin and you're fine
Dragon move( the one where he yells "SORA!" before riding a giant dragon): easy to dodge actually, you can either do a perfectly timed dodge roll, reflect, or simply stay away from where the dragon is, you just can't be on his way during his attack, but since he gives you time to run away, all you have to do is to pay attention where the dragon will be in the arena and run away from his position, as simple as that.
Reaction command: The Learn Command, i already explained that, stock them up to 9 and then spam it when he stops attacking, you always stun him after sucessfully hitting him with a jump command so all you have to do is to wait for him to finish an attack then immediately use it.
Desesperation Move(another annoying one, and this one is responsible for most deaths on Data battle): he will start teleporting and attacking you, the time you have to react to his attacks are so little that, if you get hit and get combo'd, you're dead. not even roxas had less time to react as this guy. the only reliable way i found searching was using Magnega when he finishs teleporting, but you have to be really quick AND have enough MP to spam magnega, if your mp is recharging, you better use ethers or give up hope. try to not get hit by his attacks, it's really frustating to miss, but if you manage to interrupt his attacks 2 times, he will change it to Spear Dive move, so Glide Rotate, quickly stock jump commands, then finish him off once for all!
For Data Xaldin, the Learn command is a must! but for the regular story one, you can actually win the battle without depending of it too much, but remember: learn Command is the best way to deal with Xaldin on both case scenarios!
to sucessfully defeat xaldin, you are supposed to stock AT LEAST 7 - 9 Jump commands, anything bellow Seven is untrusting and will give you hard times with this guy, after you got 7 - 9 commands, Spam Jump until you run out of Jump commands, after the first health bars are taken down, Xaldin will do the Spear dive move, this one is trick and annoying move to dodge on Critical mode, because if you get caught, you can't break free from the spears comming out of the air, and it will simply kill you even with Once more and Second chance, so if you're doing a data battle run, DO NOT GET HIT BY THE SPEAR DIVE!. The DM is by far the worst part of the battle, trying to not get hit with so little time to cast Magnega, and sometimes Magnega won't even stops him! you have to be really lucky to use 2 magnegas in a row and sucessfully stop him so he can change to spear dive.
Final notes: Xaldin > Roxas
Roxas Battle is hard because he comes out of nowhere and plays similar to how you play, and since he plays similar to how you play that means on the first plays you will get combo'd a lot, and die in the process since you're not used to fight someone that fight like you! Roxas battle is perfect, it has the sad and Difficulty vibe mixed together, which makes you feel really sad and happy for beating him after many tries. but difficulty isn't just applied to the story bosses, after all, Xaldin is an early boss so he has less HP and is Less agressive overall, but the Data battles.... GOD DAMN, Xaldin will make you lose not because you didn't know which move he was going to do, but because you didn't have enough time to react to it, really the real part i died at roxas battle was during his DM move, but soon i learned his patterns and beat him without needing to grind or anything, but for xaldin... i had to max out my stats for that guy. his DM is worse than roxas DM, on Data battle he WON'T TAKE A BRAKE, Roxas at least would use combo finishers and give you a small time to react, but Xaldin won't stop rushing towards you even if you stay away from him, he's truly annoying and beating his data version on Critical is a good archievment.. Roxas still a cool fight too, but not as tough as Xaldin fight, especially when you're under leveled.
Which one was Xaldin again? Lol, all the Organization is easy except Roxas. I actually had to grind for him, then the rest of the game was cake
Xaldin was kicking my ass first time I fought but I literally got the Mickey revive all 4 times I died. It felt unearned.
I love the lingering will. even when I die fighting it, I can't help but smile because it's so hype. Never have I encountered an enemy that can turn a sword into a rocket launcher. Gives me the willies. The good willies. XD

shadow hunter02 he's the most easiest boss in kh history just equip mega elixirs and use Donald's flare command which gives you invincibility no matter what attack he uses I beat him on my first try

That's because he's an extremely well designed boss.
His attacks hit hard, but will rarely insta-kill you unless you're grossly underlevelled. Most of his attacks are blockable and have just enough of a tell for you to react, and the ones that don't are designed to punish you for pushing the offense too hard. Every time you fight him, his moveset and patterns are randomized, meaning you always have to be on your toes.
He's the opposite of the BBS/3D bosses. Instead of punishing you for wanting to use your full moveset and forcing each battle into a pattern of "dodge roll forever, hit them once or twice with a very specific command, then dodge roll again," Lingering Will demands a mastery of everything you've learned. Want to rush him down, you absolutely can. Wanna stick to magic? That works too. Summons, Limits, Drives? All perfectly viable options. He can be blocked, he can be comboed, and with every defeat, you know he can be beaten if you just push yourself a bit further.

13:40 The only reason why I remember him is because for some reason, Mickey saves me more times consecutively in this fight than in all of EVER in the whole game. I don't know if I godly luck or that the fight had an increased chance of Mickey showing up.
Mickey will save you infinitely during the Xaldin fight. There are a few other fights in the game that have Mickey show up and save you, but I don’t remember who they were.

b) not using reflect
c) not using reaction commands
d) some combination of the above
I have a way of dodge Xigbar Ultimate attack and it easy. The key is NOT to dodge. People tell you to run circles around him but if you try this normal you will screw it up a lot. The problem is that people don't tell you the most important part. You need to hold BOTH sticks right or left. The camera will then pan to Sora side. This will make Sora Run in a perfect circle.

The answer is yes.
They are by far the most popular videos on his channel and as he said in the KH 1.5 boss ranking intro for some reason TH-cam recommends these boss ranking videos to more people than playthrough videos so they are a faster way to grow his channel.
That and he considers himself a comedian (which he is) and these are great ways to bring that to his channel.
