@@AbhishekPandey-xv2sf No I didn't take any medicine for this , I used natural way to recover from this disorder , which affected me may be change in schedule , so I am still doing mental exercise , trying myself busy in my studies or works , and also contacting people like friends relatives , and spending time with them . You can try these things ,it's really work.🙂
