Okay I just woke up today and I gained 10 followers, I was like what the hell until I remembered this video, so thank you for you following me😭
Your video quality and drawing is comparable to popular artists (I think) 🤯
i love your art tbh
I hope your posts can grow more! :D
(I also love your voice)
I see you
I think if you keep this stuff up eventually you'll be famous.
I hate how Instagram removed “most recent posts”, I loved looking at them because I didn’t want to see reposts of perfect drawings on the popular side 😢
i absolutely HATE the search feature now, even when in hashtags it’s so weird, everything’s just bunched up
Yeah, I wish we could put multiple hashtags at the same time to give more context (looking for Eve related posts, but I’m talking about the Japanese singer Eve). It should have been optimised by now -_-"
Ohhhh and that's why my drawings gets less likes than previous
My posts would never appear on the popular side
Same after getting instagram again after a few years after the change I was like wtf happened to the search
This why I have to use Twitter now to find artists, plus its nice being able to specifically search for posts with less than a specified number of likes. (Usually when looking for fanart of games/show I'll look at posts getting less than 10 likes) Crazy how many good artists their are that only get a couple of likes.
I legit clicked on this thinking this was a really popular artist, HELLO???? you're so underrated!!! this is so relatable because whenever I put effort into something no one sees it 😭
I know exactly how this feels 😢
this is pretty real... i've been drawing for forever, and the older i get the more i feel like i need to prove to myself i can make money off this (since it's the only thing i can do...) but i don't have any audience for commissions or anything. it's not like my art always is under the radar, it gets a good amount of traction sometimes, but i always fold when someone asks me to draw for them for free :( insta also definitely throws you out to the wolves, idek how any small artist gets popular on there 😭😭
Yoooo that’s true!! You talked about something that I didn't think of when I was making this video, but getting older and realizing you might not be able to make money out of this is a scary feeling.
I hope you can make money with art tho, good luck!!
@@LRRHMaeyao so glad i'm not alone in the feeling!! i always like to think everything will work it's way out one way or another, for the better i hope, so i try not to stress it too much. thank you for the well wishes! ik you'll get lots of love for ur art considering it's so beautiful :D
Im turning 37 this year, and I relate to this so much. Ive tried all the things everyone says as “advice” like using hashtags or fanart, and it did nothing. This led to serious issues with self worth to the point where i had to just stop using the apps as much. I still get no likes when I do post but at least im not checking on it as much? I think thats a win?
God, that feeling of having to prove youself *to yourself* is so real, I really relate to that haha
I can totally relate, it's so silly how even if you create something your proud of people don't always appreciate it or even get the chance to :/ It's way more fun just to make art, the sharing part is always so sucky. I guess all I try to do is create things that I find value in and if a few other ppl do then that's cool, but if not that's also ok, doesn't make it any less nice :P
fr bro like nowadays the Instagram algorithm is so annoying to me like the only way you can get followers is (In my opinion) is either have a career in art, let the algorithm pick up your art reels and gain followers from that (Which for me is like a 1% chance of happening because of how brain-dead it is, which make people oblivious to your art and that's why it isn't working for me, and it's so annoying.) or make a satire art account where you'll get hate but gain followers.
I know this is the correct mentality to have but it's so hard to stay positive about it when my goal is to collaborate with people on indie projects and I pretty much NEED the exposure for other artists to even know I exist
@@DOCTOR.DEADHEAD yeahh i get it man :/ that's the point where you kinda have to play into the system and get some connections unfortunately... it def feels like a lot of ways to make money as an artist are "pay walled" behind how much popularity you've got xP social media is really not for me so It helps to find something niche with not a lot of competition (like i was able to sell a fursuit on the dealers den in 2 daya without posting it ANYWHERE which is kinda crazy). but ya unfortunately with stuff like commissions or getting into the industry it really helps to either have experience, formal education, and/or a platform. good luck tho, ik u can do it! ^_^
edit:
I've also been wishing i could work on projects with others in the game dev realm, so what I've been doing is slowly working on my own project to gain experience. If there's anything similar you can do that will help you gain experience while still having fun, I'd recommend it! You could even make content around that and post updates so you can get an audience while you're at it :V even if it doesn't get popular you're still basically making a little portfolio you can show people you want to potentially work with. dunno the specifics of what u wanna do tho just a thought
@@GuppieFishie Thanks for the encouragement! I specifically wanna collab on animation projects and hopefully either have a web series of my own or work on someone else's. I do try focusing on personal work that I can collect in a portfolio over time but have actually been struggling with motivation for a few years now; without getting too deep into it it's just hard for me to get anything done these days, but I keep on trying! Good luck on your journey as well :)
@deadheaddoctor Have you tried reaching out to others directly? If you’ve got the skills and the portfolio to back it up I’d imagine it’s just a matter of perseverance. If you mean you want others to collaborate on YOUR concepts, you’re going to have to make a proof of concept basically on your own to gauge interest.
I didn't even know Instagram removed the "see recent posts" tab, no wonder I went from getting crumbs to straight up nothing. Thanks for informing now though your art style is cute!
I totally agree with u.. like there's not a chance in growing as a small Artist except being an already godartist or doing haha-funny-stupid reels. But Instagram taking away the possibility to search small artist though hashtags.. that's just awful and It's a shame. I really do miss the old Instagram 😢
And the amount of artists I saw with 40k followers cuz one reel got viral and just 500 people are continuing liking or even seeing their art.. is just crazy sad.
I so agree with this... As an artist we really need many followers and attention for getting motive for drawing
But sadly people just ignore my arts whether or not I put much effort on it
And it feels like I draw for nothing but wasting my time cus obviously no one cares my art
My art skills are highly improved but ironically less people than years ago likes my art
Now I lost my motive and energy to draw
What should I do
Wow your art is amazing!! Maybe you could take a break from all things art for a little while, and then come back to it with some simple, fun challenges? That has worked for me before. But seriously, you have incredible art skills, you're very underrated!!
I agree with 👆
Your art is really good! But you don’t have to force yourself to draw if you don’t feel like it, I have taken breaks for months before too because art doesn’t feel fun anymore to me at the time, until I eventually come back to drawing again. So that’s my advice, but do whatever you want! :)
I wish the best for you🤝
I completely understand! Making art on instagram is completely dependant on the algorithm and your luck ahaha💀 the 5 followers I have are just my irl friends lmfao. I’m following you though, really awesome art ! Hell you deserve just as much recognition as one of them famous ones, it’s really good.
Good luck! :D
This world is totally crazy
It's all LUCK😭
Reminds me back when deviantart had eclipsed its disaster update, I saw many artists hit the bricks for Instagram and Twitter cause they were supposedly much better for engagement and stuff and I begrudgingly joined.
Since I was a shy and anxious peep, I couldn't do the whole "networking" thing well enough, so I was stuck with minimal engagement and an occasional 100+ liked fanart post. I later took a break for mental health reasons and came back to all my precious engagement being completely nuked. I retreated back to deviantart and to my surprise, my engagement was roughly the same since I left!? It's definitely not a perfect site (sobbing at the AI trashfire) but at least I feel my art doesn't have such a tight "expiration date" there so I'm back to posting there.
I personally recommend trying out different sites to see if you'd like them better, especially since different sites like different things, all the luck to you and your adorable adorbs art!!
That sounds tough, I hope everything went well on your side! Wish you luck!!🤝
You sound pretty young, don't give up. It'll take time, but you'll get there, I can see your potential!
9/10 not being seen on social media is a marketing/algorithm issue, not a skill issue. Assuming you're decent in the first place. Case and point Scott Malin. A guy with an insanely huge following for his art skill
Unfortunately, I agree with you :( I remember trying Instagram back in 2020 but like deleted after a little over a year because of the algorithm. Im not the best artist, but I know im not the worst. But due to the lack of likes, followers, and engagement, it got me really down, got me comparing my art to others, thinking that I probably wasn’t as good as I thought. Also made me feel like I was forced to draw things that were “trendy”.
I just recently made a new art account but instead of focusing on posting for likes and follows (which would be great!), I’m posting for myself. Don’t draw or post for other people, do it for yourself. Remember why you even started drawing in the first place, because I’m sure it wasn’t originally for attention. You’ll feel a lot better :D
this is extremely relatable and actually the main reason Im so unmotivated in art
I get like 3 likes at best and usually its literally zero, on every platform I post at, on twitter its even more pathetic because I dont even get more than 20 views😭😭
Dw, remember keep drawing for your self even when you want to show others🙏
Good luck 🗣️
It might just be the algorithm… insta likes quantity over quality, it might be that your not posting much which is not fair to small artists that don’t want to post reels and want people to look at their art
Yeah I can totally relate, have tried instagram for art since 2016 on and off and I'm at 300 followers... most of my likes and follows come from family and friends 😅dont realy understand the algorithm. But anyways my tip is just do it for fun, dont look at the number too much even if its only one person liking it its okay🥰
so true thougj. i was actually so surprised when my art actually began getting attention on tumblr. such a weird feeling after being insta and twitter ghosted
No wonder why my artist friend sometimes gets burnt out with his art passion
可是你的艺术风格好漂亮- 我希望你的惊人艺术得到更多认可 T_T
謝謝:D
Atp insta algorithm plays favourites like if you don’t post consistently or whatever factors that make your art gain more traction, insta won’t put you on peoples reccomended page which sucks. Cuz I also had the feeling of just giving up my insta account altogether (despite it being the first ever social media I’ve used) and just posting on twitter or Tumblr cuz at least those two apps you can still find many small artists through the recent tab. I still don’t understand what compelled insta to make this decision like idk what smart alec in their board meeting stood up and said “what if we just featured all the top posts only” like????
I also posted in Tumblr awhile ago and I literally got 0 traction, I gave up on it completely
@@rofidel178 I’m pretty sure some users experiences are different from everybody else when it comes to getting traction but I think for tumblr, when like putting a bunch of tags the tags usually has to be a popular AND active community otherwise it usually won’t work have any notes or reblogs ://
Hopefully you can find some traction eventually in other apps tho!!
@@poofmagictrick i tried putting the tags and everything, my posts went for months with nothing. It used to be different back in the day, I just deleted everything and moved to X, not the best social media but the quickest to interact
@@poofmagictrick my comment got deleted for some reason, but since Tumblr added that "blaze" thing when I posted I went with months without any interaction so I deleted everything and moved back to Twitter, not the best social media but the quickest to interact
@@poofmagictrick my comments are still getting deleted for some reason, but I went with months w/o any interaction over there so I deleted everything and moved to other sites
Very relatable. What I also find frustrating is the folks who like twelve of your posts but don't follow you. It's like "what made you like all of these but then decide you weren't interested in seeing more???"
Also the frustrating part is Instagram favours anything that's like tiktok so in other words.. videos
Now they expect from us artists to do video editing and posting art completely ruining the fun and flow of creativity
Also I don't enjoy posting videos of my art and it's frustrating that the algorithm favours this over quality
Holy shit that's why my posts are doing so much worse now, I've basically had the exact same experience and hearing about the recent hashtag thing makes a lot of sense.
We artists really can't win out here, feels like every single social media page is geared to screw us over in various ways. All we can do is keep drawing and improving. Thanks for voicing this stuff out!
Good luck on your art journey as well!🤝
I do agree with this , people with this amount of skills go unnoticed or ignored in the art community . Many PPL who draw amazing art like urs.. go Underrated and I have seen multiple artists who are not recognised... Idk much but I just recently started my "art journey"... 😉🗿
One thing that helped me a lot personally over the years was interacting with people and other artists' posts and making art moots, I wasn't even really trying to grow my account but it did kind of accidentally pay off LOL (especially when you need clients for commissions or what else)
When you have moots you'd often share each other's art on your stories and stuff, which helps you both (because if your interests or styles are similar, their audience might enjoy your stuff and vice versa)
Also try not to value likes too much 😭👍 though i admit i'm guilty of it as well, if you interact with other smaller artists you like a lot, you'll get on their radar and chances are they'll start interacting with your posts a lot too!
It's how I met most of my moots actually LOL, either with them interacting with my posts or stories frequently (which made me think like, wow this person is cool, ill check their art) and interact with their stuff or vice versa!
I really relate to this video!! It’s nice to see I’m not alone in troubles with Instagram! And I’m super sorry you are also going through this!! I’m in the scenario where I have just over 3000 followers due to a couple of reels that blew up a couple of years back, however barely have any active followers anymore. I’m super thankful for the ones who do engage with my stuff, but it can be sad to see artists put so much effort into their craft just for their work to barely receive any likes or followers due to changes Instagram have made to their platform like removing the most recent posts tab which can be irritating for both smaller content creators and people wanting to find small accounts to follow and find jobs.
Crazy that they removed the “see recent posts” option! I remember during high school I would always do inktober and go to the recent posts tab to find other fellow smaller artists doing inktober. I would like their posts and they would like mine back in return thus boosting our likes and maybe increasing our odds with the algorithm??? I stopped doing inktober in college and basically stopped using instagram, so i didn’t even know it was gone! You could try using tumblr for posting stuff since they still have the see recent option, but if it’s not fan art it might not get much traction.
I understand the frustration. Your art style is so pretty. I hope you gain the exposure you deserved
YOUR ART IS BEAURIFUL AND UR VOICE IS SO COMFORTING OMGG
Thank you for complimenting my voice, it’s my first time recording a video like this so I feel weird hearing it :)
@@LRRHMaeyao NO PROBLEM I HOPE YOU'LL MAKE MORE VIDS WITH UR VOICE IN THE FUTURE ^^ /nf /pos
This is so relatable, I once spent DAYS making a clay volcano sculpture for geography homework. My teacher barely even glanced at it but he took photos of my cousin’s volcano. My cousins volcano was a toilet paper role painted brown with ted tissue paper inside.😐 she made it the night before. Safe to say I immediately smashed the sculpture when I got home and cried about it. I only got a good on my report for my homework effort, I was really pissed but now I kinda look back and laugh about it so alls we’ll that ends well Ig 😂
Yeah I can heavily relate, I've been posting my art for years on several platforms with little to no reception. It feels like there's no social media for artists these days ;_;
also im rlly vibing with ur artstyle
Insta is not easy on artists, especially when it comes to smaller accounts, so I relate to this a lot. I followed you immediately after this video, glad I saw it on my reccomended ❤
this is very real and relatable sadly, but side note i love your art style its very cute
I totally relate to this , i have been posting my art on Instagram for 4 years but I'm still stuck with about 95 followers , i also don't think that my art is bad giving the time and hard work i put on each drawing . since reels appeared everything's gone downhill i get no engagement anymore because i don't post reels, and the problem is that i don't like posting them due to camera quality and Instagram favors good quality videos so that's why now the only likes i get are from friends , i ended up feeling down thinking that my art is not good enough and i stopped enjoying drawing in general .
I've been taking a break from Instagram for around half a year now trying to gain back my passion that i lost due to the algorithm.
I thought this was made by some popular artist but it's underrated? Bro, I really do see much potential in you, don't be discouraged for having little audience, that's temporary. You should definitely do more relatable content and stuff, I really do hope you have some success, plus your art is really good. Gonna hit you with a follow! 😁🤞🏻
So relatable😭I literally spend so many hours and when I post the art I only get 5 likes or something😍
I’ll wish you luck🗣️🗣️
Girl…. You literally summarized my week-long entire instagram rant in a two minute video 😂 Slowly moving to Tiktok and TH-cam because I gave up
i have given up any hope of becoming a popular artist. i think that to be a popular artist online isn't even about skill as much as 1) luck 2) posting consistently 3) having a consistent aesthetic. personally, i am unlucky and inconsistent. i also just enjoy art more when i'm not thinking about likes.
know that your art is important no matter the amount of attention it gets, but also that it is normal to want validation. i hope you make it
this is so relatable 😭 your art is so cool!
omg what the heck I love your art so muchhhhh new subscriber 😭😭😭💕
I really try to draw like you!!! You’re another one of my inspirations-idols :)
WUT??? Your art’s so PRETTY 😭💕💕!! Underrated AF!
As an IG artist with 50 followers, I can 100% relate to this...
It’s why I stopped uploading art because I make it for myself and the likes make me devalue my own art. So I stopped and I’m happier for it.
This video resonates with me so much that I'm gonna suscribe to you. You're not alone in the feeling, let's try to not give up!!
Your arts so pretty you deserve more recognition!
HOW YOUR ART IS LITERALLY SO GORGEOUS I, LEGIT GONNA DIE 😭
I love finding smaller underrated artists!! you gained a sub :D
the click sound effect is so satisfying
YOU ARE SO UNDERRATED!!?!? and your voice is so nice omg I love this video ❤
Instagram was so terrible for me as a small artist that I learned to animate to do TH-cam and tiktok
I found your art to be improved and I think this is just the beginning for something better and small things make big ones so keep going please cause I like it
Ahhh i loved this video, I absolutely understand the feeling - I as well have fewer likes after gaining a lot of followers 🙈 my reels still work sometimes but yeah, I understand how demoralizing that is 😣
Art as a business and art as a hobby are two completely different things and it’s important to understand how. With such a low barrier to entry, it’s a completely oversaturated market. And since no products are being produced solo, there’s virtually no money in it. If you want to grow on your art alone you cannot afford to be anything but one of the best in what you do. That’s why people who create content for an audience HAVE to niche down and make lots of compromises to actually get any decent recognition. You can also try and work at a company that actually needs artwork done but… yeah I don’t have anything good to say about that market. Tough shit but sometimes (most times) you just have to create what you think others would like or draw for yourself only.
Your artstyle is super cute, I hope the algorithm picks up this video !!
I can relate this 💀 Your drawings are pleasing to look though ⚘️
Bro I’m ur 900th subscriber omgggg!!!!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!!! 899 subs and thought “why don’t I be 900” by the way on the topic of the studio. I love your art, and I think it’s really cute! Your profile picture and Lil sketches are amazing and I love how they look❤️❤️❤️ do you need to get a video about like tips and tricks?!!! KEEP DOING ART!!! WE LOVE YOU LRRH!!!!!!!!
i totally understand what you mean. i haven’t used instagram before but on other sites i’ve faced the same things, even here. your art is amazing though and i hope you get more likes that you deserve!! :,)
Awesome video! This is super relatable for me as an artist. Awesome art too!✌️
loveee your art so good wth :00
It is so reaallll like I post my art too and there is just my friends that likes and I don't even know if they like it or just because I'm a friend 🥲 I discovered your art by this video so I am just gonna follow bc I really like the vibe 🫶
I went to your insta and your art looks kinda cute really ♥️
I just feel u are stressing out whenever u share something worried that people might don't like it
anyway I loved it really keep up ❤️
I get you..😔 Your art is pretty, don't let yourself get discouraged
Cool video, very relatable. I think Instagram and Twitter are pretty dead for artists that don’t already have a following… but TH-cam isn’t bad if you put in the work!
Continue to experiment with the video medium, you’ve already got a cute character design and it’s a pleasure to listen to you. Good luck on your art journey!
Gurll your so good! You deserve more! ❤ I subscribed btw!
I love your artstyle ❤
i can relate to this so hard, no matter what social media i try posting on im lucky to get more than 3 likes so i just gave up. but its kind of sad too because i have no one to share the stuff i create with because of that
Congratulations on getting 1k subscribers ❤️✨
3 billion trillion followers coming your way!!1!1! but fr tho good improvements and nice job getting the followers up to 800!
I like your art. It’s really cool
I clicked the insta link, looked, eh.. you'll get there one day. Just keep working at it day by day. Such is an artist's life..
Your art and voice is amazing
Subscribed bro, you and your art deserve it
Praise be the algorithm for it has blessed me with another smol artist that yearns for attention!
Btw I really like your art! I’m a new fan hhee
just found ur channel. Yeah, it really hurts when i work on a piece for hours and it gets 0 results. It makes me bitter when i see other artists who post art and get the feedback immediately, same with animation youtubers; some of them just posted videos at the right time and gained a following while now, its even harder considering the landscape is more saturated and populated with creators who want to grow. I’ll keep going tho.
Relatable as hell…
We can do it though!(im delusional)
Let’s go delulu squad
1:00 thiss, i feel some main reasons include like the ads being more frequent and instead of seeing people you follow posts we get "suggested posts" in our feed instead. like i wanna see the art of the people i follow in my home page 😭 but ye unfortunately i get shadowbanned a lot as well so my followers don't even know i posted, instagram just decides to not allow people to see it unless they manually check on page 😔
i definitely also got more likes back in like 2020-2022ish with less followers than now. sometimes i barely get like 5 likes because shadowban. even trying some reels don't always work out either
i miss the old instagram algorithm where hashtags actually worked and stuff. :/
Dude crazy how you’re talking about shadowbanned and TH-cam hide this comment for me and say your comment might be inappropriate 💀
But good luck! I hope you do better🤝
Hello 👋🏾
Not an artist to say (used to draw pixel art at a time and stopped years ago)
But I understand how you feel, it's frustrating to see your hardwork goes to waste
But you are in an ocean, and sometimes you just have to swim with the tides not against them
There are two main ways to do that
Either you draw something trendy (think top anime of the current season), or sometimes you can add a short story to your art work (there an artist I can't seem to remember their name, but they always hide details in their art and people LOVED pointing them out.
These are tips from my digital marketing experience, but you don't have to follow them, actually I encourage you to draw for the sake of its fulfilment not the likes
Because you will never please the internet
So do it for yourself instead
Best of luck in your journey 🙏🏾✨
Don't worry . been there . and battling the algorithm made me anxious. so rather than pleasing the algorithm I started taking it easy and surround myself with people related to my field ( me a story artist ) so don't worry . anyways sending loads of hugs
That is pretty relatable. i don't post on instagram, but regardless, i do also feel how it is to post stuff that i put in a lot of effort in mostly to be hidden away in a few hours. sucks.
“And get like four likes and one of them being myself by the way” OMG FELT! 😭😭😭
You my good sir just earned a sub
ur art is wonderful
I like the art that you showed in this video a lot! And the improvement is amazing :D Is there another way I can follow your art? I don't use insta anymore but your art is really awesome :)
I guess TH-cam even tho I barely post on community posts Lmao, but thank you for wanting to support me✋
That's some good art
I've been making music for 7 years and now drawing for 6 months, I've got 77 subscribers on here and 51 followers on Instagram, mostly from friends trying to support me. Don't give up, keep at it because you enjoy it and because you think it's worth it, and maybe someday you'll find your people! I know it just sucks to not have that validation as an artist, and I don't really have any advice because I struggle with it a lot mentally as well specially after all these years, but try to enjoy it even if just for yourself. Your art is super cute btw, followed and subscribed, good luck on your journey 💛
Good luck to you as well! :D
Very relateable even tho I don’t post everyday. And draw every days but still get low likes.
I used to get 100 likes on my posts on instagram when I first made my art account a few years ago. Ever since that hashtag update I barely get 10 likes (and its from people already following me, no one new sees my art). It's ridiculous. Instagram wants to become tik tok and it's completely forgetting that what made it special in the first place was pictures. It feels like such a chore now to post on instagram because you not only have to MAKE the art, but make reels too which is so time consuming and i really dont care about reels anyway. I'm looking for alternatives to instagram right now, I'll keep on posting there but it won't be my main platform anymore. I made a tumblr a few weeks ago which I just used as an art portfolio (since you can host a website) and all I did was post my art and add hashtags and then just leave. I somehow got 40 likes, 20 likes... doing absolutely nothing, having no previous following and no activity. It's so much more convenient honestly.
youre art is good :0
WHY ARE YOU THE MOST RELATABLE PEROSN EVER-
like all my likes i get are from classmates
What helped me is of course doing popular things, niches, and lots of hashtags
I’m sure the people that liked my recent drawing don’t mean it that way but it really doesn’t help the feeling that you’re making content for your followers instead of yourself. Like I feel the urge to draw more of what got me more likes. I feel pressure that people will regret following me if I don’t draw what they followed me for
That’s hard, I hope eventually you can draw whatever you enjoy!
Well, the TH-cam gods have blessed you a little. I like the drawings, the style is cool, sadly I dont have Instagram but just see this as a follow in spirit I suppose :P
Yeah, I’ve made 211 posts on my Instagram and the highest amount of likes I’ve ever gotten was 30 (which was a big surprise!), but usually when it’s just a pic of my art without a trending sound or anything I get 2-6 likes which makes posting seem kinda pointless
Hope you do well!✋
@@LRRHMaeyao Thank you!😊 I hope you do too
FINALLY WHO'S IN THE SAME BOAT AS ME!! I remember back in 2020 even if I didn't get that many likes, some artists would write some really sweet and supportive comments on my posts which genuinely motivated me to continue posting but now I don't even get any comments in my post and the only likes I get are from my friends. I literally post on insta just so other artists in the same fandom as me sees it but nope, that doesn't happen now lol.
I draw with pencil for a little bit now, and I sometimes wonder why algorithms is savage. Now I know the reason…
Be happy that u can at least draw, im here cryin over not being able to draw yet puttin no effort in drawin 😭
Dude same, can be really frustrating sometimes.
Also HOLE MOLE! 0:08 this looks awesome!!
Idk who else this may apply to, but here's my 2 cents on the matter. Personally, I never posted my art online. But, I just looked at it myself. Like "yeah, that looks sorta nice". Y'know, kinda like how people may look at their collections or stuff. And continue the grind, your recent art looks much better. All that practice genuinely paid off (cliche, but hear me out. I also try to improve, but on a day to day basis it seems like I'm making negligible changes. But if I look back a few months, I can see a massive improvement. Don't ask me about this, I'm not a motivational speaker. I am just as confused as you are).
By the way, if you still want your art to be renowned. You could try diversifying to different platforms, I heard that the tumblr folk we're friendly (note that I have never used tumblr, my only contact is from r/tumblr and youtube compilations). Anyways, best of luck to you 👍🏻
I agree tbh..
I've post some arts on insta I mean it doesn't look that good but I tried lmao
It does feels unfair for us small artist I think I might stick to yt more maybe I'll still be active in insta ?
But yeah I still like yt more than insta
Also
Only 320 subs?? Your art is majestic!!
i actually feel so bad abt engagement on twitter that i dont post my art now... in this time where ai art gain so many likes but real artists get little to no like is so depressing.
Good luck to you pal✋
