I got some diecast miniature for tabletop games and was having a hell of a time trying to strip them with acetone. I'll be picking up one of these to get the paint off!
The aircraft remover is the only one I use. It works great.

I've tried removing paint with finger nail polish remover and just a little bit of remover it comes in in bout 3 minutes u can wipe it off then use a wheel to really clean it
For anyone who is trying to do this or has been trying to do this, acetone only gets the tampos (specific designs like stripes, numbers, etc...) off. The main color for the car can only be removed with removers like these.
when u get ready to paint are u supposed to spray the gray primer on the metal then the color paint?

Hello, looked up the super tech carborater cleaner. Retail packaging now reads super tech voc-compliant carb and air intake cleaner. Do you know if any chemicals important to the process of removing paint from die cast were removed from the current product vs the older version you demonstrated? Thank you.
Which one is the safest? I have a 5year old in the house.

tried soaking my diecast cars in acetone, and it's hell trying to get the paint off.
