Excellent work....In North America we never got the T5 or T6. In Canada we are not allowed to personally import a vehicle unless it is over 15 years old (25y in the U.S.).
So you could in theory import a 15 year old T5, buy the parts to modify it to a T6 here in Canada and it would sell for a very high price - hmm interesting...

nice job , from someone who dose this for a living your best tot spray the glue both sides of the carpet, love the face lift, if still working on the headlight fitting sounds bad but they can be cable tied to the bar below the light as its the bolts on top the do th work, good luck with the rest looking forward to se the end product
Hi yes I sprayed both sides of the cloth,I know its hard to see in the video, yeah i seen somewhere you can use cable ties but i think ill still make a bracket just to make it secure

1. How much does it cost for these materials to change the front of the car? 2. Does it need to be modified for direct installation of T5 to T6 auto parts?

No offence but this is not the way to do these upgrades. The panels should of been taken off and done seperatly to the body of the van and not covered all in one, now you have to rip it off to get access to wiring behind. You should also spray the adhesive to both the panel and the fabric and wait for it to become tacky then bond together. If you spray just one and immediately apply it will not give a good bond and there's a good chance that whilst the spray is liquid it will come through the otherside (the viewing side) of the material and ruin the fabric. The T6 upgrade as you mention needs brackets to hold the headlights and you are also missing the fact the front slam panels should be swapped too.
I commend you on your efforts and willingness you do these mods. I hope to see an update 👍

I have a couple of wrinkles - i didnt notice them when i put it up, have you fixed those by cutting and replacing? - is it better to leave a wrinkle than repair it you think?

I am a carpenter so the woodwork is not a problem for me. I do have one question , I would really appreciate it you could shed some light on the subject.
Do you think it's possible to have a fully functional toilet & shower in the van ?? If so how to go about it ?? Like I say I'm a chippie so I haven't a clue about plumbing, I wouldn't know where to begin. I don't even know if it's possible!

Yeah they are ugly and the passenger one is a different shape to the drivers crazy! New ones look cool, colour will be white

What gets me is people are doing this with older models with 150k plus miles and want 15k plus doesn't make sense im a vw man but think transporters are well over priced. Great video tho
