Bloodborne ShadPS4 0.5.1 WIP Motion Gestures Added

Neat little addition that gets us closer to the full bloodborne experience. This will eventually become an optional feature. This update has also included way better performance on my end, but I choose to not play with vsync off because I get way over 120fps, which causes physics issues with running and rolling.

Is there a way to toggle it on and off? It sucks on PlayStation because it's always on and it just happens at random times.
