- This full body stretching routine is the perfect addition to your morning routine! It is a full body stretch with the beautiful sunrise in Lisbon! It is the perfect way to prepare your day and start on a positive note. The background music is calming and you get to meditate at the same time as you are stretching!
Do this routine every morning for at least 21 days to build the habit. This stretch will improve your flexibility, mobility and release tension in your muscles! You can also do it after your workouts to calm down your nervous system and recover your body.

Daniela - it's quite a change from the 10 minute morning sunrise routine of yours I've been doing for a couple of years! I'll alternate them. I also do your 10 min nighttime one too most days, but not as frequently as the morning ones :-)
