@@klgadgettv I have the Tiggo 8 pro and I manage to avoid the jerk everytime with a light footwork. Granted, there were times it does have a very slight hint of jerk even with light foot, but heavy foot definitely jerk every single time. first to 2nd gear jerk may be a problem with the specific car, because how DCT works is when 1st gear is engage, 2 gear is in ready mode. usually dct jerkiness occurs when moving from standstill 1st gear, or when shift down from 2nd back to 1st gear. The ones i describe is DCT's jerkiness nature.
I am definitely buying one somewhere in September, I am from South Africa
I own one and it serves me good so far
2L Turbo, is doing good job with all the techs
It's better than underpowered x90
Totally agreed
For the DCT, it's all about footwork. if you're light on the acelerator, you can avoid the jerkiness. Heavy on the foot, and it will jerk.
It’s not about being heavy or light footed, the jerk happens when it engages the first to second gear.

Wonder if the upcoming PHEV is good too.....
If price remains competitive, I don't see why not.
