I had always envisioned this to being a possibility of flying aircraft carriers.
There were plans for a flying carrier in the 70s that was considered technically feasible. It was in the shape of a plane though, a helicarrier is probably a terrible idea.

We need better efficiency of energy. Otherwise lifting a large carrier will be very impractical

for some reason the mode isn't showing up for me. and I checked the app store and their are no new updates anyone know what is happening?

It's located in the same place You would normally find offline and Squad mode It will be a big bar on the bottom
