Another advice, if you want to launch one set of missiles to make enemy use flares, use the ones that deals lowest damage, you can test which missile has lowest damage in test drive, also avoid shooting from far distance so you won't lose damage because large missiles such as JASM and X35 still can be intercepted
one advice more, at the start you dont need to launch the helicopter since experienced enemy players can use it to shoot you even if they have not detected you yet
Thats right, but if you have helis like valor or ch1, then these heli can help your cv to destroy enemy bombers like tu22, b52, b21, when they come close to bomb you.
@@l_ARES_l yup, i only lauch it once they detected me or i start moving, that way i avoid the enemy players from launching the x51 or long range cannons to my carrier while im undetected since the helicopter hovers on top of the carrier giving away your position while if you are moveng you can make it look like its only the helicopter for spotting of something like that
one more thing i learn from this games is,the more you paid the more you win

Have you tried IT Giueseppe Garibaldi (Tier 2 Italian carrier)? when fully upgraded, it can be effective when 2 enemies come close to attack you.
Its cannon -very deadly , supported by strike fighters and helicopters..

I bought the other T2 Chinese aircraft carrier and I dont know if it was a mistake buying it instead of the Nimitz or a decent option, but I am enjoying it so theres that
Nimitz is undoubtedly the best carrier at being a carrier tanky af and has everything essential, while the other carriers I would say are brawler carriers, carriers that can go to the front and will be fine as they have grenade launcher, cannons and missiles
Like you at first, I also bought the T2 Aircraft Carrier RF Admiral Kuzenstov without researching. It's not terrible, but it gets the job done 😅.

here’s a tip: when using any aircraft cannon or railgun, don’t hold down the shoot button, instead do short bursts to maximise damage

Why are my planes getting absolutely annihilated by every single enemy ship? The moment I begin to attack them I receive a TON of missiles that one-shot mi planes
Edit: I'm not attacking groups they are ships that are away from the rest of their team
Sometimes they have antiaircraft missiles like s 500 Prometheus or rim 174, that combined with air defenses is deadly, there are multiple types of air defenses with missiles, lasers and cannons, avoid wasting your flares and getting too close, just use one missile first, wait until the enemy use flares and then spam with all your equipment 👍🏻

So this is how to play carrier, i always open map with my drone bcs they have a long range radar and start to bait enemies flare with it then attack them with striker and bomber

Don't get too close, first use the missiles with the largest range, then wait for the enemy to use flares, once he does it you can spam with all your missiles, also don't waste your flares, if the enemy has laser aa don't stay there for too long 👍🏻

There's an option in game control, which says automatic switch control to a new unit, you need to unmar or deactivate that option
I'm new lvl 9 so how to know what tier you are?
You are tier 1 until lvl 5, from lvl 5 to lvl 14 you are tier 2, after lvl 15 you are tier 3
I always try to follow these tips but when i try to attack even from long ranges the enemy sends like 2000 missiles towards me. I pop flares, do manuevers, and try to get to cover but no matter what my planes get destoryed before u can even engage. You have any tips?
Try to upgrade the jets and always use covers, such as mountains or terrain obstacles to ovid getting hit
Try to stay outside of 3.5 km which is the typical range of air defenses. Strike fast then pull back to replenish your aircrafts health and ammo. Do strikes and moves as you switch between attacking with different aircrafts. I am a [GODS] lvl 49 CV player and I usually strike first using my fighters to take out enemy aircrafts. Follow that by attacking with strike fighters then quickly switch between your drone and striker attacking the same target. I follow that with my bomber to finish off the damaged ships. Save the choppers for added AA protection for when your CV is being attacked.
BTW, I have all CVs in the game but my primary is the 004 due to it having 2 helicopters with 8x AA and 4x autocannon with 2x GL to protect against torpedoes and pesky subs.

I have never played as a CV because in tier 2, my game with the rf breeze and rf derzkiy was good enough that I felt CVs were a waste of resources since I was easily able to deal with them in tier 2. I am getting bored (and wrecked with bombers) with my destroyers and subs now in tier 3. Is it difficult to play as a CV considering tier 3 AA defense, this is what I have read around. However, I would like to try CVs now, can you suggest the best CV and build for 45 million dollars and 12500 gold?

It is made by ai, when you are using a bomber the rest of your equipment will focus in other Targets
nimitz is not for close combat?
The problem with nimitz is that it's not equipped with cannons or missiles, just autocannons, so is more like a defensive carrier
