Whatever happened to this kind of EDM. Everytime I come back to this I feel like I'm rediscovering artifacts from a civilization far better at sound design than we are today
Facts. This has been saved in a playlist for 5-6 years for me. Came back to it today while working and I still get the same feeling as I did when I first listened to it.

Cey Mark I've been out of town a lot so not much has gotten done with the lights yet. All the in ceiling speakers and subs and wired up though. Next is getting the lights up, wiring it all together, and making sure everything talks to each other. I under estimated this project haha...

Blue color on Launchpad ?
Probably using After Effects to change the color, I've seen a guy do purple by changing how green shows up on the launchpad.
***** He's probably setting a filter to select ALL the green light, not just selecting the buttons on the launchpad
It's possible he managed to get 2 preview Launchpad Pros from Novation, they're not released commercially yet, but they have blue LEDs.
Although looking at it it's more likely it was just after effects to change green to blue, given that there's no green in the entire video.

FL Studio, Reason, Logic, Ableton etc. Point is, remixes are made in DAW's, not launchpads.
Launchpads are just a way to play the music, kind of like a DVD Player, but launchpads are 10x more fun ;)

I know that everyone copies the same comment about the songs used over and over again, but there is no Madeon- Technicolor since Proximity never uploaded the song (it's a mashup using Proximity's songs...). And everyone always misses the acapella of Sam Smith - Stay With Me (possibly Throttle Remix) at 3:34.
