There is no other way to get the correct exposure ..the only parameter left to change was iso..unless you are using a faster lens(I mean with a larger apperture) or get a tripod and use longer shutter(useful if subject is stationary) ..better an image with noise rather than a shaky image which is not sharp

Apart from the kit lens(I bought 18-55 and 70-300 combo kit) you can buy AF-S nikkor 50mm 1.8G(approx Rs9000 to Rs12000)...there is also another version which is just around Rs6000 AF Nikkor 50mm 1.8D but this lens will not autofocus with d5300 so you have to manually focus
Nice and simple explanation sir.... Thank you.. But I don’t have costly cam like mark III, I have only canon 700D so I can get good pictures at iso 3200?
You don't have to bump up ISO just because it is low light. It depends on if there is any movement in the subject. 700D is good and gives you reasonable pics at 3200 ISO. There are limitations with every camera and you need to work around that...
Very nice and helpful video sir... Sir I have decided to buy Nikon D5600 camera please guide me which lense I should prefer a kit one 18-55 55-300 or 18-140mm or any other..
Don't spend on d5600 since it's a crop sensor with the same sensor as d5300 anyway...buy a d5300 with either 18-140 or 18-55+70-300 combo ...later you can buy a 50mm prime(AF-S nikkor 50mm 1.8G) then instead of putting all that money on a d5600

Sir, is it possible to make our 10 to 15 programs in camera, so we can access it in respective place or mode. As its practically not possible to make all the manul settings where the time is the main constraints & you have already not recommended to use auto modes of camera. $o pl suggest for the same
Some cameras offer C1,C2,C3 settings for your to customise. Why will you need 15 settings? And how will you remember all those :) Based on lighting and previsualization you need to be ready with your settings. Most of us do that and it's a matter of time with a lot of practice :)
Wow sir, you are one of the best Master for learning photography. I want to take a certified photographer course. Please suggest me the best possible way sir.
You mean high ISO for sharp image as it will give you high shutter speed? Not necessary. It depends on what is happening in the scene. If there is movement in scene, then yes, increase ISO to get high shutter speed to freeze the movement. Otherwise not needed.
Hello sir. It's very useful . Here's what I have encountered in my nikon d5600 while focusing at low light object.l. I got speed of 1/25 and not 1/ 160 as u said @ ISO 3200 and f4.5. please guide.
nice...but in some videos you mentioned do not increase the ISO as it brings noise. In this videos you increased by 3200. Could you please explain how to avoid noise even in high ISO?
I am contemplating between 5D Mark 4 and iDx Mark 2. I currently use 5D Mark 3 and mainly shoot nature, birds. I use Canon 500 F4 IS ii. Anxious to know what would be your suggestion ! Is weight a serious concern for 1Dx?
Sir what can we do in beginner camera like canon 1300d where ISO in 3200 brings noise in the picture ? Btw ,sir great fan of you. Optimum tutorials ,best teacher.
By maintaining the same aperture priority at f4 and shutter priority at 1/200… you increased the ISO from 100 to 3200 to eliminate the shake and get a clear shot. How you arrived at 1/6 Sec or 1/5…please explain. On the contrary…could I eliminate the shake by increasing my shutter priority and leaving my ISO at 100 itself…Thankyou
I did not arrive at that 1/5, that was given by the camera since I was in aperture priority mode and had set a particular ISO. Even in shutter priority, you are already at the lowest f number. So only way to increase shutter speed is ISO.

Although you were able to get a crisp image but what about the noise at ISO 3200 I guess we have to deal with it in post
It depends on the camera. I use a Canon 1DX2 and no issues even at ISO 5000+

Quick question, instead of Aperture priority, why can't we use manual mode and change 1/200 and iso 100?
As long as you understand metering and exposure compensation, you can shoot in any mode.
