      There is no other way to get the correct exposure ..the only parameter left to change was iso..unless you are using a faster lens(I mean with a larger apperture) or get a tripod and use longer shutter(useful if subject is stationary) ..better an image with noise rather than a shaky image which is not sharp

      Depends on your budget and what you want to shoot...the kit lens of 18-55 and 55-300 is good enough...

    • @rajethzachariah1504
      @rajethzachariah1504 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Apart from the kit lens(I bought 18-55 and 70-300 combo kit) you can buy AF-S nikkor 50mm 1.8G(approx Rs9000 to Rs12000)...there is also another version which is just around Rs6000 AF Nikkor 50mm 1.8D but this lens will not autofocus with d5300 so you have to manually focus

    Nice and simple explanation sir.... Thank you.. But I don’t have costly cam like mark III, I have only canon 700D so I can get good pictures at iso 3200?

    • @sudhirshivaramphotography
      @sudhirshivaramphotography  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      You don't have to bump up ISO just because it is low light. It depends on if there is any movement in the subject. 700D is good and gives you reasonable pics at 3200 ISO. There are limitations with every camera and you need to work around that...

      Don't spend on d5600 since it's a crop sensor with the same sensor as d5300 anyway...buy a d5300 with either 18-140 or 18-55+70-300 combo ...later you can buy a 50mm prime(AF-S nikkor 50mm 1.8G) then instead of putting all that money on a d5600

    Sir, is it possible to make our 10 to 15 programs in camera, so we can access it in respective place or mode.
    As its practically not possible to make all the manul settings where the time is the main constraints & you have already not recommended to use auto modes of camera.
    $o pl suggest for the same

    • @sudhirshivaramphotography
      @sudhirshivaramphotography  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Some cameras offer C1,C2,C3 settings for your to customise. Why will you need 15 settings? And how will you remember all those :) Based on lighting and previsualization you need to be ready with your settings. Most of us do that and it's a matter of time with a lot of practice :)

    I thought you have to keep the lso low for a sharp image ? Confusing.

    • @sudhirshivaramphotography
      @sudhirshivaramphotography  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You mean high ISO for sharp image as it will give you high shutter speed? Not necessary. It depends on what is happening in the scene. If there is movement in scene, then yes, increase ISO to get high shutter speed to freeze the movement. Otherwise not needed.

    By maintaining the same aperture priority at f4 and shutter priority at 1/200… you increased the ISO from 100 to 3200 to eliminate the shake and get a clear shot. How you arrived at 1/6 Sec or 1/5…please explain.
    On the contrary…could I eliminate the shake by increasing my shutter priority and leaving my ISO at 100 itself…Thankyou

      ISO was increased obviously to lighten up that dark portion.

    • @sudhirshivaramphotography
      @sudhirshivaramphotography  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I did not arrive at that 1/5, that was given by the camera since I was in aperture priority mode and had set a particular ISO. Even in shutter priority, you are already at the lowest f number. So only way to increase shutter speed is ISO.
