Welcome to the zastava family folk! Make sure you get some gun oil, grease and a steel wire brush because that bolt carrier will rust! Make sure you avoid shooting corrosive ammo, clean it after every use and keep it dry! I love my M77!
@@j0nnY77x The grease is for the friction points on the rotating bolt aka the pin that sits in the bolt carrier! Unfortunately it will rust no matter what...the oil only slows the rust down! That's why you need to get a good steel or copper wire brush to scrub off the surface rust! Always reapply oil after! Check on here for AK47 lubrication videos...hope this helps!
@@WillyMandingoWinchester well thanks I’ve been removing the rust with a scour pad but the problem is the rifle has bare steel on the sights as well so now the bolt and the sights are rusted
@@j0nnY77x First thing I did was get rid of my factory irons because mine rusted too! I upgraded to the KNS rear peep sight and cross hairs front sight! If you want a red dot...check out attero arms AK adapter plates! You can put just about any red dot you want on an AK with those!
Don’t mind me, just envying peoples collections again over here in the UK 😭. I love it though, lol it’s like a clandestine operation “don’t tell the missus” about it xD. This is like me whenever I open a new bow for archery. I bet that would be great to shoot with the brace or whatever could be used as a stock
I had mine bro. I had the Zpap92 and Zpap85. Never got to shoot them and had for few weks but had to sell all my guns to get caught up on bills. I know you going to enjoy it. I am getting ready to get the Zpap92 again by end of the year and not going to do nothing to it at first because i never shot an AK so got to get at least 2500-6000 rounds threw it so i can have the experience to determine rather i upgrade. I dont know why you would SBR it but respect yoir choice For me when i say upgrades i mean any of the internals but i will wait until i got enough round count and experience before making that choice. I wil upgrade the to Zastava tactical rail and change the grip. For that price you got a deal. I have to pay $900+

This is a v1 im pretty sure my rear trunnion bolt has an allen key and the bolt head is stamped z.t 10.9. I got my zpap92 v2 from pawn shop it came with 3 mags an alg trigger alg main spring and an alg recoil spring for $795. I would say anything around 7 is a great deal only issue with mine was the main hammer spring came installed upside or backwards from the previous owner it would only dry fire one time then id have to push the trigger forward to reset the action. I should of paid a lot less but i just inspected it and fixed it myself after watching a few videos.

So if you coat it with grease it won’t rust? I got the rifle stored away and it won’t stop rusting even with a coat of oil on the bolt carrier

stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion and rust.
I got the M85 because to me represents the closest to a Krink. The M92
