Yea good point luckily it’s cheap but it has of course continuously gone up. That’s kinda same as GLP1 argument weight comes right back or even a restrictive diet or exercise/resistance training for that matter, gotta keep it up forever

That’s water weight loss. Creatine pulls water into muscles
I lost 4lbs in a day or two when I stopped taking creatine. Dr Peter Atia says creatine hydrates muscles, so it was water loss.
