If there were humans working for the Decepticons itt would've probably been a situation where they were captured and used as slaves. (Revenge of the Fallen) some humans don’t agree with the alliance with the Autobots, & think it would be safe if they leave Earth, so the Decepticons can leave too. (Dark of the Moon) The Decepticons had been using human collaborators to cover up the Ark on the moon, while being spared if they help to transwarp Cybertron to Earth, while their leader try to kill Sam & his friends, as well take Carly from him, forcing Sam to kill the guy. (Age of Extinction) The CIA work with a Bounty Hunter to hunt down all Transformers that survived Chicago, while sending their parts to a tech company, just to keep Earth safe from another War where innocent people died, which force Optimus Prime to kill the one responsible for the deaths of his love ones. (The Last Knight) humans had about had it with Autobots & Decepticons fighting to the death, making them to go all around the world, hunting or arresting them, until they help the Decepticons to find the Staff, which puts their planet at risk, giving them the rights to redeem themselves by helping the Autobots to save Earth/Unicron.

15:14 Funny how Galvatron kicks Dragstrip, cause according to his bio Megatron hated him more than Starscream
Wow. That's a lot of hate.
Thats sad...
Galvs kicked him cause they failed plus they was getting old that's why Roddy and Magnus was able to.take then out
He's still insane but not as insane during FFOD and as well the few episodes prior to web world
8:58 Epic scene! From the music to the combiners and action! I loved this part growing up (and still do,lol)!
Rodimus and Magnus, though outnumbered, flattened all of Stunticons twice this episode (9:41, 15:10)
Old toys
But the stunticons always outrun Optimus and some original autobot characters. Thus, the birth of the aerialbots to counter measure the decepticon cars..
Stunticons could easily form into Menasor..they were terribly nerfed..though not as bad as the Constructicons lol
@77gregorymoey Nah. This simply shows that Rodimus and Ultra Magnus are stronger together than Optimus was. If they were in a s1 or s2 episode, they would similarly defeat Devastator. Essentially, after the war, the new autobot leaders got a buff from the matrix. Galvatron was never the threat to Rodimus like Megatron was vs Optimus. Rodimus and Ultra Magnus were both stronger than Optimus. Together, they wreck combiners.
Lol this brings back memories.i had the old school metroplex..parents cut me off when I asked for triptacon..ahhh the good old days love these old videos
I love how they question our fighting while they do the same thing with the Decepticons. Silly Autobot moral hypocrisy.
Damn was this a great ending to one of the best episodes of season 3. I also love how it's somehow revolved around the protectobots, my favorite combiner team
The lead aerial bot's positivity and enthusiasm is on level 1000! 😂
Which is odd since he's always so cautious.
Its S3, so it could be character growth by G1 standards.@@kirongauff4934
One of Galvatron's dumbest plan as the Decepticon's leader.
Megatron will never resort to bluffing. At least he made Cybertron pulled to earth's orbit and framed Autobots to get exiled from earth.
Megatron thought out his plans strategically before he acted on them whereas Galvatron is Gung ho bat shit crazy & beat his own troops more than the Autobots.
You can blame the plasma bath for that. I guess they couldn't have Galvatron be powerful *and* have his mental faculties.
😂😂😂 at the old lady pulling out her laser pistol and trying to cap those criminals at 1:19
With a smile on her face!
"Why are the humans always fighting each other, it makes no sense". Decepticons attack Autobots, Autobots fight back lol
Transformers Generation 1: Season 3, 'The Ultimate Weapon' This is one of the better Transformers G1: episodes that involved the character of Rodimus Prime. The animation was done by Toei Animation is top notched and the story in this G1 episode is really well written. I really like this episode, the 'Ultimate Weapon'. Voice Actor: Richard "Dick" Gautier is the voice for the Hot Rod / Rodimus Prime character for Most of the Transfomers Generation 1: Season 3 Cartoon.
9:40 they almost let a combiner fight someone other than their arch-nemesis team, but also made sure that didn't happen, lol.
Fun fact: combiners can switch their limbs(demonstrated on scramble city). Having one of the Arialbots substitute as Defensor's left arm is possible.
Yes, but the formation wouldn’t be Defensor. It would be a new gestalt with a slightly different personality.
@@androzani84productions85 What is interesting is Defensor lacked one personality with the missing arm. Wonder did that limit his intellect.
@@hamhockbeans Defensor was a better combiner because his components shared the will to protect and serve. The only thing Defensor would be lacking without First Aid is medical expertise.
Sorry over-the-sholder-bolder-holder(bra,bro,duder⁰) only scramble city type combiners can contribute components. Aka superion is defensor is not.
You cant deny season 3 had the best music
Ut sure did. "The Sweeps" theme is the greatest.
Glad to have owned both Metroplex and Trypticon! Awesome when those two behemoths bust each other up!
Wow trypticon looks really small in that scene where he has trouble transforming. Almost Devastator sized.
Love seeing Steeljaw and Ramhorn take out Galvatron. Hasbro needs to show the autobot cassettes more love
At 12:49, you've got to feel for Spike. He had to watch in horror as his terrified son falls out of Rodimus (who's in vehicle mode) not being able to save him.
"And that is why you always wear a seatbelt"
Wasn't that Daniel Witwicky?
@@LOBOLAMUARTE spike watched Daniel.
@@LuisVillalobosYT Yeah what I mean is that The screaming Lookalike Spike I mean I remember Daniel still being a kid in the movie so what is the Time gap again between The movie and season 3 again?
@@LOBOLAMUARTE season 3 takes place in 2006. So 10 years later. This is more than 1/2 the season in so I’d say 10-12 years older than the movie.
As all you know that Galvatron hates liars, double dealers, backstabbers, cheaters, double crossers, usurpers, bribes and swindlers just like Swindle whose making a bargain over Metroplex's transforming cog in this episode. His so called ultimate weapon is nothing more than a TV remote which is a reference from Alan Moore's graphic novel Watchmen. And finally, Octane has seen rejoining the Decepticon ranks once more.
You'd think Swindle would learn.
Actually this episode immediately preceded Thief In The Night. Octane hadn't yet absconded with Trypticon. That was then followed by Starscream's Ghost.
7:36 - As a kid I thought the animators decided to give Trypticon a goofy looking walk with the tail swaying. But then I looked again as an adult...
...He's purposely swinging his tail to smash those buildings...
You’re right!
Swindle has the best moment in this episode. Too bad, that is all he ever does until The Return of Optimus Prime.
Yeah, his next major role was in 'Rebirth part 3', where he transports the downed Aeriabots to Galvatron's rocket engine.
One of my favourite Season 3 episodes.
Damn, this one was chocked full of Combiner appearances.
3:40 Galvatron wearing Autobot symbol...
Daniel looks like he grew up to Spikes age in G1 but kept his kid voice
AND HE SCREAMS LIKE A GIRRRRRRRRRRLL!!!!!
Go to 17:23-18:29-19:19 If you want to see the fights between Trypticon and Metroplex
1:18 granny ain't suffering your shit lol
Bruh, my dad was a kid he loved the show
And I just dislike 15:44 your comment 15:44
I like how they always have a handy cameraman on every site.
Love how they change Rodimus and Magnus' colors to bluff their way into Trypticon, but they still have their Autobot symbols right there in the open. But Vortex doesn't notice.
12:34 that scream is just torture and they seriously didn’t need to repeat it more, this is why I absolutely hate Daniel
HE SCREAMS LIKE A GIRRRRRRRRRRLL!!!!!
Damn! Hell-yeah!! Hot-Spot with the never-say-die order. "Let's see how we do withOUT First Aid. Transform into DefenSOR!" 9:20 most replayed for a reason. Awesome leadership. Missing an ARM?!?! Fuck it. Let's go at it regardless.
Ultra Magnus was always more suited to be a leader over Rodimus Prime.
Exactly why Optimus originally chose him to take over when he died. Then the matrix turned Hot Rod into Rodimus Prime.
Nah. He's definitely better as an advisor
💯💯💯💯💯💯
The Matrix chose Hotrod/ Rodimus Prime, it chose wisely, Rodimus regained Cybertron, held galactic peace conferences on, Cybertron protected Cybertron from Galvatron and there creators, helped Melissa Morgan Earth space command protect earth as well, he deserves to vent!. Optimus Prime ever have to worry about was Megatron building space Bridges to steal Earth resources? Ultra Magnus had his chance to be leader? He didn't understand the essence of The Matrix? And it almost got him killed? Rodimus is very cool character because you get to see him fall and rise, a character I think most of all of us can relate to? Like Kup told Melissa in the hardest burden to bear, Kup explains to Melissa that Optimus had to learn and to respect his obligations and now it's Rodimus turn?
Magnus failed he got blown up.first day in the job he couldn't make a good decision
The autobots almost died in rebirth galvatron took out all the autobots on his watch
Prime left Magnus in charge
Wasn't Wally able to get any more good shrieks out of Mendenhall? That one recording of Danny screaming, played FOUR times in a row, had ME cryin'. 😁
Man just watching that scene where Trypticon grabbed that train and picked it up to eye level or in the case of the Transformers optic level and him fighting the AerialBots and blasting AirRaid with his fire breath is so much like something right out of Godzilla in this case The Return of Godzilla.
This episode has great looking animation because Acom had nothing tp do with it. Plus it is nice to see Galvatron thinking rationally for change. Maybe the Torkulons DID cure him!
Classic season 3 episode just excellent. How come vortex doesn't recognize rodimus and magnus lol
18:13 is it just me or why i feel wholesome after watching this part
I like how Rodimus plays chicken with Galvatron there. Certainly looking like he means business. Like, better blow up your bomb, then, you bastard, otherwise I'm not stopping. :D
I'm wondering why would the Decepticons contact humans to help repair Trypticon. And 2, given it's THE DECEPTICONS why would they even come. LOL @ 15:11 Galvatron berating his troops for the loss - even though HE WAS THERE HIMSELF.
They could be in league with criminal gangs who'd do it for stuff the Decepticons steal.
If there were humans working for the Decepticons itt would've probably been a situation where they were captured and used as slaves. Galvatron did that a couple of times in the first 2 seasons back when he was Megatron. I also find it really weird that Vortex immediately knew something was up where as Cyclonus was completely oblivious.
@@MisUnderstood_Rose Vortex was aware cus he could "smell" Magnus and Rodimus. Inside of Tripticon, no Magnus or Rodimus to detect, Thus Cyclonus was unable to sense the Autobots among Spike and Daniel.. That's my reasoning.
@@XTRABIG That actually makes a lot of sense. I never thought about it like that. I guess it could also be possible that Vortex recognized that the vehicles were Ultra Magnus and Rodimus when he saw them considerimg they are basically the 2 most important Autobots at this point and have distinct colors which would make them noticeable not to Mention they were probably with Spike and Daniel to distract the other Decepticon lookouts when they got caught.
@@MisUnderstood_Rose Sounds plausible. I'll go with that. It's great to be able to make cartoons make sense with my imagination. Haahaa
Peter cullen played streetwise
Frank welker played galvatron, blades and groove
Bumblebee (Dan Gilvezan) is Hot Spot, and Prowl (Michael Bell) is First Aid
20:34 Galvatron, was in fact, not bluffing.
0:55 Says the being, whose race has been in a civil war for at least 4.5 million years.
20:00
Well he does have the insanity to stick around, after all Metropolex had the transforming cog to Trypticon and the same was with Trypticon.
"Why are the humans always fighting each other?"
Says the Autobot who has been waging a war with the Decepticons for millions of years.
Same reason Cybertronian robots are fighting each other.
Has anyone noticed that Trypticon doesn't have any eyes at all
Colouring error. He does but they constantly forget to colour them right.
Scramble City gave him eyes.
@@PlanetZoidstar Scramble City also shows Trypticon getting built, which is at odds with Five Faces of Darkness. An explanation was finally provided by Legends manga Volume 14 and 42: Trypticon was destroyed by Metroplex, but Full-Tilt survived and was used as black box to restore Trypticon when he was rebuilt out of a human city.
Remember the civil war in Holland in 2005?
0:56 Hey First Aid the Autobots and Decepticons have been fighting each other for millions of years does that make sense to you?
Defensor:"This would be alot easier First-Aid was here"
At the scrap yard drinking oil a lot is the same as humans with alcoholism lol
16:06 Galvatron sounded like he did in that promo that introduced him and Ultra Magnus.
Yeah
Trypticon: Trypticon can not be stopped. Nothing can stand in my way.
Chuck Norris: Am I a joke to you?
8:13! "Metroplex is still a sitting duck.."
Me: He puts the city in sitting duck! Haha.. ugh. 😒😔😆
16:45! Trypticon: Where Metroplex? Where?
Galvatron: He's over there!
Me: He's the one that looks like a huge city in the middle of a field. 🙄😅
13:09 the Autobots didn’t need Daniel in the first place so there’s no reason to save him
Funny that Galvatron is upset at the stunticons for losing to Rodimus and Ultra Magnus but he himself repeatedly gets bodied by both 😂
They was old
This was always a good episode. The decepticons used a human terrorist attack as a diversion
Galvatron's plan is to threaten the whole Autobots with a remote control handset.
🙄🥺
used to spam watch this episode cuz i had it on vhs.. watching it now 20 years later... feeling so many feelings
Missed a great chance to have a Defensor v. Menasor battle. They did it with Superion and Bruticus in the previous season.
Man, Metroplex’s T-Cog seems tiny, compared to the ‘bot who uses it.
One of if not the best episode in season 3 all around.
"We don't expect you to compromise your beliefs". Er, not exactly the message of Fight or Flee..
One of my favourite episodes from season 3 which saw Rodimus Prime finally step out of the shadows to become an Autobot leader in his own right by showing no fear and display calm confidence when coming face to face to with Galvatron. He would still display doubts and question his own ability from time to time but this breakthrough moment would mark the beginning of Rodimus slowly letting go of the weight of the Optimus Prime legacy and start carving out his own one
