Jeroen is a genuine nice guy. Always in for a talk when preparing the amuse in the kitchen or wherever you meet him on the Inter Scaldes premises. Can't wait to taste this one, the last amuse with Zeeland Oyster (chawanmushi and poached) and the variety of seaweeds was spectacular. When you're in our beautiful province of Zeeland, you have to visit Inter Scaldes.
Amazing! But the camera and editing work really needs improvement. Focus and both leaving things out.
