    I agree, the filming can use some work and I would have loved to see a shot of the finished dish from above so we could really see what it looked like. That said, what a beauty, I could really visualize those flavors on my palate and I love how they weren't timid about what they paired with the langoustine. Spicy curry, the finger lime, the acidic tomatoes and kombucha, etc. It can work, the shellfish can stand up to it, so long as the synergy is there, and I think I can see it working nicely. Bravo!!!

    It is indeed a shame that the filming and the sound are so extremely bad. A scolding for the restaurants. Two teenagers with a iphone reach an even higher film level.

    please take some filming lessons. And why not a good end shot of te dish. all that work and then no good picture of the dish and plating.
