What if The Doctor was never sent into Exile? What if The Last Great Time War never happened? What if The 10th Doctor fully regenerated in The Stolen Earth? What if The 5th Doctor saved himself instead of Peri? What if The 1st Doctor regenerated (at any point) before The Tenth Planet? What if The Doctor chose a path of greed and destruction? What if The Master was The Timeless Child? What if The Master fought (all the way) through The Last Great Time War?(meaning he would’ve came back in series one) What if The Doctor wasn’t The Doctor?(The Doctor would be a myth and a careless stranger pretends to be The Doctor for fame) I know the guy who played this iteration of The Doctor is dead but could we get a Full Fathom Five prequel?
I so wish there was more Unbound stuff, it’s such a concept that’s ripe for material. Hell let’s bring back Grant so we could make more Shalka stuff call it Unbound. I know the David Warner Unbound Doctor is getting more stuff with Bernice Summerfield, but surely some more would be nice.
Big Finish's Unbound universe contains three stories featuring two alternate versions of the Third Doctor, two stories featuring an alternate First Doctor, a Valeyard story, an unspecified regeneration, and an imaginary tale. The David Warner version goes on to appear in several Bernice Summerfield audio adventures.
That's the whole premise of the Unbound series it's in the name, it's meant to be unbounded by Canon or continuity and subverts the normal Doctor Who formula, it's a what if scenario which is often creepy or discomforting.
John Whittington i guess for some fans the Unbound range rubs them the wrong way, even with the knowledge that this really is a what if scenario, i can understand them but there are some I can appreciate like Sympathy for the Devil and Full Fathom Five.
This may be my favourite ‘non-TV’ version of the theme. So atmospheric.
Happy 20th Anniversary to Doctor Who Unbound and Happy 60th to Doctor Who. 🎉
I like this theme, it kind of sums up what doctor who is. A sify mystery of space and time
The biggest mystery here is you managing to somehow misspell "Sci-fi".
The Stabby Boi well someone managed to ruin the mystery aspect of the Doctor. *cough cough* Chibnall.
We need more inbound doctors
Didn't know James May played the Doctor
*slams block of alien-looking cheese on the table* vENUSIAN CHEESE!!

agree
Our prayers are answered.
Good Night Doctor 🖤😞
I could imagine an anime doctor who having this theme
DAWNOFJUSTICE GUY me to has a very whimsical techno vibe that would be great for an anime opening
What would you do if you were in the doctor who universe?
I love David Warners version of the Doctor sad he just hab a few storys.
I suggest picking up The New Adventures of Bernice Summerfield. Warner's Unbound Doctor has been a regular character for several years in that
@@jwg5774 yeah i know just saw it i will listen to it in future
What years and seasons does unbound replaces in the wilderness years, does it follow a similar one to big finish?

Sounds creepy for a dr. who theme.

1960s into was creepy is that too creepy for Doctor Who
Not as creepy as the scream of the shalka theme
Brian Rimmer anyone
Me
Yeah it's also remind me of his theme
Don't like the seres, but love the MUSIC!
Michael Prestage why not?

Unbound is extremely depressing and almost dystopia it completely flips Doctor Who on its head, many fans find it undigestible abd too bizarre.
I hate the Big Finish themes
K
Were you the ONE dislike?
I think they're the best ones
I like big finish
Weird that your preference in Doctor Who themes is so specific.
