Seems to work okay, but when recording a reaction-style video, my own voice is not in sync with the rest of the video. I canceled my free trial because I couldn't figure it out. I'm happy to reinstate it if I can get to work. Bummed... everything else seemed pretty cool. I'm posting here because I can't find any other place for support. Hopefully, this works.

Hi team, so after I download the app, open it, import my video and generate the text - this is still part of the free app? I didn't confirm any subscription yet but am under the impression by just uploading a video and generating the text is free and not going to get hit with any subscription fee's ?

Hey Max, are you using the iOS app or the desktop app? Transcriptions are free on the iOS app. But just want to confirm which app you're in.

hi there, whenever i record from my iphone, and when i check the recorded video, it shows completely dark even though when recording it was fine and showing on the screen. The problem is "after recording when I see it"...help please. Also none of my audio is showing.
